Then one day I could no longer work.  So, I deleted the version 2009 and bought the Pro 2010 version.  Loaded up, had to get help to save it, then opened it.  It worked.  Tried to download files from the previous version that was on a backup disk.  Then it would be more open.  Benn on the phone almost all day with Quickbooks technicians.  So far, no luck.  Can anyone help.

  Have you tried to clean your Temp folder, you can do this by typing folder in the Start Menu RUN box.  This will open your Temp folder, there, you can remove all Windows will allow you to do.
