When you try to go to Gmail, the tab does not open and said only: "loading."

For the last three days, whenever I try to go to Gmail, tab Firefox says "loading" and does not open gmail. Gmail works fine on Internet Explorer on my laptop so I know that's not Gmail. No error, it just keeps trying to load for as long I let the open tab. Any ideas? I have not changed anything on my computer or settings for Firefox. Thank you!
