I have not a printer is installed and I ran a diagnostic on my system and it come clean. I do not know how to verify permissions, or how to search for and delete the folder settings, which is what has suggested another thread.  I'm at a total loss about how to fix this problem, and I'm unable to save Illustrator files in any capacity. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  The problem seems to be in interaction with the apple code. Have you tried with a new user account and see if it works there? If this isn't the case, then you could try to uninstall, run the cleanup tool and reinstall CS5 and then update to 15.0.2 before anything else.

  I also saw where the hard disk may be the cause of problems.  Please take a look at the article check a drive for errors.

  Have you tried the settings > music > show Apple music > Off? If so, tap you my music in the lower left corner of the app music? If you have done these two, Force to restart the phone.   Have you tried the copy command from a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)?

  Even if I see that I can change the version of the file in a different format, I have the same problem with videos on websites that I can not of course change the format before playing these.

  I managed to fix the problem for about 20 minutes by flattening my computer re - install the operating system and this resolved until all updates have been through, and then it disappeared again.  I tried many codecs packs and this still does not help.

  My system is running Windows 7 and Media Player version is 12.0.7601.18840, which tells me that Media Player is the most recent version.

  Open uninstall a program in windows and in the left click on the feature to turn on or off windows. Clear the check box of the window Media Player, and then click ok. This will uninstall the drive, and then restart.

  After restarting the same steps, now, check the box for the same and perform a restart and if all goes well it should solve the problem.

  Note: Make sure that Windows is up-to-date.

  local disk, I think he was trying to save it in the templates folder.  I changed it to save it on my counter top and it worked.  Rookie mistake.  This had to be the problem.
