  I suspect it's an add-on, but unfortunately, your 'more system details' does not list the plugins or extensions, so it's difficult to suggest what you can disable or remove.

  Try this:

  (1) disable all basic, recently installed, and/or unrecognised modules on these two tabs:

  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Plugins category
  
  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Extensions category

  Restart Firefox.

  (2) run the extension search reset:

  Hello and thank you for the HP Forums.  The installation is looking for an administrator account in order to run.  If you are an administrator on the computer, please follow these steps:

  1 when you download Firefox save the download file to your desktop.

  2. when the download is complete and the file is located on your desktop, right-click on the file and choose "Run as Administrator".

  This should install the program without more questions.

  If you are not an administrator on the computer you will need to disconnect and connect to the computer with an administrator account to install this program.
