Whenever I start my computer I am able to get to the loading screen, but the computer reaches the login screen it restarts. This happens all the time. It does not matter what I try to start if no failure or normal startup mode

  Try doing a system restore. Go to the SEARCH bar and type system restore.
  Once the System Restore screen, select a restore point (it must be before the problem occurred), launch it. Check.
  You can also update the drivers of your computer (the webcam driver). If you do not know how to locate, you can use RadarSync to find out-of-date drivers.

• Satellite Pro 6100: cannot get into the BIOS and does not start

  I have a portable Satellite pro 6100, en I was trying to boot from an external USB hard drive. When I activated the second hard drive option in the BIOS it has stopped booting all in all, I can't even get into the BIOS Setup more. All I get is "In touch with tomorrow TOSHIBA" screen with the icons to select the method of priming preferred manually after it's just blank screen with a cursor blinking in the upper left.

  Apart from that I can't really do nothing at all.

  I agree with Graeme. Your HARD drive is probably faulty. Sorry, but I don't think that you will be able to use the external HARD drive. The option in the BIOS is not for EXTERNAL HARD drive is just, I guess, for disk HARD placed in select Bay.

  I used Chrome to download and use Skype for the Setup.exe and SetupFull.exe Web site.  In the end, I was able to remedy specifically download Skype 4 and then download Skype 5 (I'm guessing it updated), so I don't know what it is, but it's a way to get around.

  Have a new toughbook of Panasonic CF - H2.  Windows 7. On the login screen of the touch screen keyboard has black keys with white numbers. When you type the password it does not show what keys are be depressed. Once logged in the change of keyboard color to be more transparent and you can see the key used during typing.  Is it a setting in the keyboard that can be changed or is it a thing of security?

  This is for safety.  Starting with Windows 8, it became optional and you can choose if you want to see it or not.

  Some extensions or toolbars can add such a report.
