• Where is the bookmark icon?

  I use Acrobat 9.5.4 Cougar 10.8.3 on my Mac Pro.  I usually have no problems at all with it.  However, I imported a great book in form PDF from a reliable source.  When you open the PDF, I can't find a bookmark icon in the left column.  Only a small icon of signatures is present.

  I installed the same PDF document by copying to a flash drive and then loading it on iMac to my wife in Adobe Reader on Snow Leopard 11.0.2 10.6.8 document of my wife, a bookmark icon is present.  When you click on it, a whole big bookmark is displayed showing chapter and verse.  This set is very convenient to navigate the large document.  After a lot of clicking around, I can't find how to display this icon to bookmark on my Mac Pro.  I need help, please.

  So it turns out that I lost an hour of work, marking and comment on clips in prelude.

  There was no conventional 'save' command to the prelude project, so I assumed that the project has been saved automatically. And I closed it.

  The only option is "save under", which is normally to save an additional version of a project. That's how we are supposed to save projects in prelude?

  Am I missing something?

  I did a test with the same images and used the command "save under" to replace the existing project, saved just fine markers. Argh!

  Sorry for your problem.

  In fact, as you have right, prelude records metadata automatically information as soon as it is added and the option "Save as" is used only to create an additional version only.

  It is really strange that markers were not saved automatically, but got visible on save as.

  You can mention the following points to give me a better idea on the problem:

  • Version of the prelude help--> on Adobe prelude
  • OS version
  • Open Panel of the event from the window--> event and check if there is any error message after adding markers.
  • This happens with any format specific file or all files? If an individual, you can share this file?
  • This happens all the time when you add markers or once in a while?

  Recently updated to version 9.0.1 version of Firefox. Restarted. All my bookmark icons were not visible. They are available if I go to my Menu bookmarks - view all bookmarks. They are just not visible in the tab bookmarks at the top of Firefox (where it is the most useful).

  you need to change image.mem.decodeondraw

  type in the address bar Subject: config

  Windows Vista system icons are stored in 'C:\Windows\system32\imageres.dll '. HOWEVER, because these are stored in a .dll file you can access them except through the programs, they have been made. (in other words, you cannot copy them)

• Bookmarks icon is not in the menu bar

  Hello, I realize people have asked questions similar to this, so apologies, but after reading the responses, I'm still having a problem. I have the little Menu installed to create more space on my screen, and so I adapted my toolbars to fit everything that I need in my bar Tools menu. (I did this by going to view, toolbars, customize and drag the icons, I tried the toolbar customization and the navigation toolbar on my toolbar on the Menu. Once completed, I could uncheck navigation and bookmarks toolbars to only show).

  One of the icons that I dragged out of the toolbar customization was the bookmarks icon (not one that clicking you get the sidebar; this one, that clicking you get your bookmarks is displayed as a drop-down list). This icon has now disappeared, or rather, he disappeared from sight, because when I click on view, toolbars, customize, it is visible again, next to all my other icons. It's only when I close the toolbar to customize the icon disappears. It is not true that I can't move it to the Menu bar by going into customize; Is that, once I'm out of customization, the icon is no longer visible. It is the icon that I usually click on most, and it is very frustrating having now either click Menu, click Favorites to see my favorites, or use Favorites Sidebar icon instead. Can anyone help?   The Tiny Menu extension is no longer supported by the developer, so IMO, it would be preferable not to use this extension.
  Are you aware that the Menu bar can be temporarily revealed quite easily by pressing the Alt key? Hide the Menu bar, not the toolbar Navigation.

  And if you want to use the cropped Compact Menu 2 , the usual extension would be replaced by a vertical 'menu' when you press the ALT - see the screenshot - which has the same menu as the Menu bar, but vertical. All you need to do is to move the Compact Menu 2 "button" in the Palette to customize 'hide '.

  As far the bookmarks for bookmarks menu drop-down button, this button has "a mind of its own" "depending on where you place it. his ' normal location is located on the toolbar bookmarks, but if you do not display the bookmarks toolbar and try to move this button, it sometimes goes into hiding. I don't remember especially, but this changed in Firefox 19, 20 or 21 (IIRC)and will "hide" much easier than with previous versions. Part of 'concealment' has to do with not showing the Navigation and toolbars of bookmarks with the items on the bar of Navigation up to the Menu bar and not the mobile reverse.

  Something went this afternoon and when I started Firefox all my favorites have disappeared. I reinstalled Firefox and recovered my favorites. My bar on the top of the browser's back, and when I click on the bookmark icon, it shows all my favorites. However, if I click on show all bookmarks (ctrl-shift-B), none of my favorites appear. I have attached a screenshot to show what I see, but it seems that there is a corruption somewhere.
