Where BlackBerry store emails?

Hello
I developed application that listens to the incoming mails and if text contains Unicode symbols (which are not supported) replace the lathin of symbols.
I have problem, can not read symbols Message.getInputStream unicode (), instead the method reads InputStream.read (equal to 63 bytes).
So I want to know where blackberry stores emails, to have access in the form of files and read the content.

internal structures are not available, all you have is the API.

  • Where Thunderbird stores emails and attachments?

Eudora is suffering from problems of certificate expired - but I know where to find all e-mail attachments and emails so that I can save them. I installed Mozilla Thunderbird, but I can't find the files that look like attachments or e-mail records all Mozilla Thunderbird. I need to know where my emails for security are stored.

In your profile. More specifically, in the box to the letters or mboxrd format files, which have names like Inbox or sent with no extension. Note that *.msf accompanying files are just indexes and need not be saved. Messages are stored as received, Word for Word, with attachments online.

  • Less than 5 MB blackBerry Smartphones email even 'truncated because of size"?

I am often sent approximately 2-3 MB but I can't cause he repeat file truncated because of size... what gives, since the limit is about 5-6 mbs?

So, here is the scoop... which I can now answer beyond saying someone to go read what is readily available on this site and you blowing to tell you to go call your provider.

    Problem was:

I am in the industry of the music and I get 2-3 MB mp3 quite frequently.  When these files have been sent to my hotmail address I would receive this message without the attachments in the message: "Message truncated due to size."

Then I read and confirmed that I should be able to receive e-mails with attachments where total email size must be less than 6mbs (says up to 8mbs, but there are reasons of conversion why it ends up being actually lower than that).

    Resolution:

The problem seems to be between hotmail and BIS (probably with other email based on the web like yahoo, gmail, but I have not confirmed that)

I got an email vzw.blackberry.net address created successfully and downloaded receipt all attachments that I was incapable of using hotmail.

So if you have difficulties to receive certain attachments to a particular format or size I suggest to try a blackberry.net email account and see if the problem persists.

  • Where Firefox stores the images as wallpaper?

Where Firefox stores the images as wallpaper? I was playing around with windows theme and I can not find the wallpaper that was displayed before.

According to me, the question that arises is, "where Firefox stores a picture that I have a right click and choose «Set as wallpaper...»» » »

I have not changed my background in over a year, and I use Windows XP, so maybe this isn't true for the new versions of Firefox or Windows, but I found my background image under "\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Desktop Background.bmp C:\Documents and Settings\current user." Of course, replace the current user with your Windows user name.

  • In Pages 5.6.1 where to store clip art?

In Pages 5.6.1 where to store clip art?

Create a separate document to Pages in which you copy / paste your works of art. When you need some work in the future, you open this separate document and copy/paste into your new document.

You can also select your graphic design in the page document, copy and then launch preview and choose cmd + N to open your image in the Clipboard. Now you can export your regular graphic design in the form of graphic files (jpg, png, pdf, tiff, etc.) in a folder named arbitrarily clip art. For new documents, you can drag and drop the images you need for your clip art folder.

  • Where Win7 stores the Windows Virtual PC > XP Mode > XPMUser "My Documents" to access if the virtual XP becomes inaccessible?

Lost all files in XP mode is "My Docs" XPMUser because I can't connect? Same situation. Where Win7 stores the Windows Virtual PC > XP Mode > XPMUser "My Documents" to access if the virtual XP instance become inaccessible? Like many here, I have activated integration and where then asked for a password on the next reboot of the XP Mode. The password that I usually use has not been accepted. I tried all the possible solutions (have "integration" disabled, start with virtual XP safe mode), but not able to change my password XPmode so don't chance NO connection.  I have brand new instance of XP Mode works, but obviously does not have access to the CASE of XP Mode instance. My question is simple: where are the files that I created and saved in the default location of the first modes XP XPMUser "My Documents" in Windows 7? I tried Win7 for XP 'My documents' files by names or names of game but no luck.  Help, please.

It is located in the file XP Mode VHD (Virtual Hard Drive), you can look as pretty as a ZIP file that contains a structure of entire disk rather than just a few files.  This VHD file is usually stored in your user folder in a folder of Virtual Machines, for example mine was in the C:\Users\SKeene\Virtual Machines.

And it's my cheesy guilty pleasure wishes to inform you that you can browse this file as if it were a hard drive, without having to start the XP mode.  However, security applies: If your 'My documents' has been limited, it might be difficult to access (even if you pouvez be able to take possession of the file and gain access).
    Here's how:
    1. Open the Start Menu, right-click on computer and select manage. In the maintenance window of the computer that opens, choose "disk management".
    2. On the right side, click "More action" and then click "Attach VHD" and select your XP Mode VHD file.  You might consider making a backup of the file copy of the hard drive virtual before do you it, just in case!
    3. Once you have connected the virtual hard drive, an Autorun dialog box may appear.  If this is not the case, simply click on Start/computer to see your new 'Local disk '.
At least, I can confirm that it worked perfectly for me, and I had access to my account "User XPMode" alongwith without problem.

  • Where to store the images uploaded on the device memory

My app download pictures on the internet and stores them in the file system of the device. The problem I have is that I don't know where to store these images. If I store them in the pictures folder in the device memory or the SD card, they appear in the photo gallery of phones which is not acceptable.

I need advice on the storage location of these images.

    Thank you

    Welcome on the support forums.

If your application is the only user of images you can store them in a different format or with another extension, this avoids them listed in the overview.

more complicated would be encryption, but also quite possible, just take the array of bytes of each image, encrypt him and then add it as a file.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Email records

I have just set up my work email to my blackberry.  now, when emails come they're going in my messages folder and my blackberry e-mail account folder.  I'd rather not have the emails entering my messages folder (unprotected only not to delete e-mails in two different places).  Is it possible to have just the text messages my folder messages and emails go in my e-mail folder?

Your main Inbox will collect all messages and e-mail. You can move your TEXT messages to its own folder (messages > choose > General Options > Email and SMS Inboxes > separate).

Then, hide your specific blackberry.net email folder. You don't need to see in any case, all this E-mail will come to the main message folder.

  • Where EAS stores the server names?

We migrated to new servers in production. Now the problem is all BR users need to connect to EAS and manually add the essbase server. If they do not, they are unable to see the new essbase server in the drop in HBR.

So that got us thinking, there must be a file where these server names are stored? This file may be migrated and then users do not need to add servers all over again.

Reading of more to life than that...: where EAS stores user information it should have all the information you're looking for.

  • Where EBS store custom items of LOV?

    Dear all,

We are developing a report on EBS r12 > > debt > > payments screen.
The team of Business Consultants added a FDF ( view_inv_pay.) DESC_FLEX ) with 1 single segment and its description in the payment of the Bill block ( VIEW_INV_PAY )
which synchronizes with each row corresponding to this block.

FACTO values from selecting from a personalized list of the value that the team of Business Consultants had filled its elements using the data loader.
We have an obligation to display the DESCRIPTION of the segment in FACT in the report not its real value.

    So the question is:
Where EBS stores the data associated with a custom LOV ?

And how to join between the LOV in bearing tables and the tables in the report below
    ( AP_CHECKS_ALL AC , HZ_PARTIES HZP PV AP_SUPPLIERS , GL_DAILY_CONVERSION_TYPES GDCT , AP_INVOICE_PAYMENTS_ALL LTD , AP_INVOICES_ALL AI ) to display the description of de FACTO?

Since then, only the actual values of the de FACTO forces are stored in the AP_INVOICE_PAYMENTS_ALL table.

You should not have performance issues if you run this query for specific invoice payments.
The performance will be bad if you are not a narrowing of the invoice payment table records.
Since it is a custom report, you can limit the output by the seller or by date range at least.

  • How/where to store more information page in the ADF?

    Hi all

What is the best way to fill the managedBean during the loading of the page?

In my application, I have a page fragment that displays the details of the user of Webservice DataControl. I have and drag the data to the pageFragment webservice control. This fragment has mapped in the taskFlow and the annex taskFlow in to JSPX homepage as a region. I need to store such user information in any place (ManagedBean / or any other better place to store) that I can use at my request along, because I won't run again whenever the webservice to get the same information from the user. Also, I want to collect and store this information while I give back to the homepage, not after any action of the user.

Please advice how & where to store the information in the ADF? Can I create a managedBean? If so, how to trigger this class method on page load?

    Thank you
    KLN

    Hello

in this case, you configure the managed bean to be within the scope of the session. Then, on the first page, you set a stage for restoration after phase listener (it is a beacon in the f: view element). This is phaselistener refers to the bean managed using EL (important). She can do by using an expression of the method in JSF. For example, if the managed bean had a populateUserInfo method then yu might reference #{beanname.populateUserInfo} and run the expression of the method using Java. In the managed bean, the method would be to access the link layer using the BindingContext class

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E15051_01/apirefs.1111/e10653/Oracle/ADF/Model/BindingContext.html

    Call

. GetCurrent () .getCurrentBindingsEntry () BindingContext to get a handle of instance active BindingContainer.

    BindingContainer links is BindingContext.getCurrent () .getCurrentBindingsEntry ();.

Then on the container of the binding, you call the method to query the Web Service for the modules

before calling a method on the ADF link layer, make sure that the ADF is binding for the method
    OperationBinding opws (OperationBinding) = bindings.get ("name of the method exposed on the other side");
    If you need pass parameters
    opws.getParamsMap () .put ("name of the argument", value);
    OPWS. Execute();

You can use similar code to access the information of the user of the iterator method in the ADF to complete managed bean fields. You can access user information from the bean managed through getter and setter methods
