  Please test after each of the steps that you have not already tried it. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Remember, no one here is Apple or can help in problems of service the customer.

  Step 1

  If you have recently changed something in your Apple ID account (for example, the password), log out of the App Store and reconnect.

  Step 2

  A purchased app can only be updated by logging into the App Store with the same identifier Apple which was originally used to buy it. There is no way around this restriction, which applies also to the free applications. If you can not connect to help ID the buyer, remove the app and reinstall it.   I understand that you have deleted an e-mail message and are now trying to get it back.  Was the message from a POP or IMAP account?  Depending on the type of account and preferences that you have set, you may be able to retrieve the message if it is still on your email provider's website.  Your profile says you work with OS X Yosemite.  The resources below will explain how to search mail deleted in the Mail application for this operating system.

  You can delete messages that you have more need to help keep your mailbox manageable and free up space on your Mac or on the mail server. Options e-mail preferences determine whether you can view and retrieve messages once you remove them.

  Items scanned by scanner are stored as Images (usually from the MPEG files) so I would look in the pictures folder. Otherwise if you remember what you call the files when you saved them you could also search for them via Windows Explorer.

  File photo:

  1. open Windows Explorer

  2. look in the folder list on the left side of the Windows Explorer window

  3. Locate the folder of photos

  Search:

  1. open Windows Explorer

  2. place your mouse cursor inside the Windows Explorer search box (upper right side of the Windows Explorer window), and then type the name of the file that you want to search

  3. Windows will now search for the file.

  4. once found, click on the file to open it.

  This isn't how it's done.  There is such a file, but customizing the send option in the context menu is a little more complicated that just add entries to this file.  Here is the procedure:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67599-send-context-menu.html.  In fact, if you are interested in adding move to a folder or a copy of a folder specifically, the following article may be also useful: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/89196-context-menu-add-copy-folder-move-folder.html (even if it would be any folder and you need browse and select which one you want may not be exactly what you're looking for (although know it may be something you also want to add) but the first article will include the ability to add a folder of) specciic to send it to the menu as well as other programs and just about anything you want).

  Also another clue.  The contextual menu has more options you see when you right click on an element to access.  Try to hold the SHIFT key when right-clicking on an item and you will see an expanded list of options that can include something that willl help you.  It does not the question asked you (the first link above did that), but it is linked and I thought that I have it add in case you weren't aware, and where it is very convenient at a given time.

  I hope this helps (I'm sure it will).  A suggestion - be careful how you add to the context menu.  Not that it has a limit or something like that, but add the more you more it will be difficult to find whatever it is you are really looking for.  It is easy to get carried away and end up with a menu that is so crowded it defeats the purpose to save time with shortcuts.  Try only to add the options that you use often enough that the feature will really help you.

  The mention 'Content filter Bin' simply refers in the name of the search in question box. You might also occasionally see it called in the "quick search". The search box works the same, albeit much more quickly than in previous versions and it is essentially a search "on-line". In other words, when you type in the box, any project item that matches the text you enter will be filtered in the view and those who do not will be hidden.

  Unlike the previous version of Premiere Pro that you reference in the book, it's that Pr is used to provide a history of searches through the menu drop down. This has been removed because it was part of the slow pace of research and in its place is the search bins feature (it's the button with the folder with the magnifying glass top just to the right of the search box).   If you look at the thumbnails in the Organizer, try going into the menu display and check that the Details and file names are checked. The name of the file and the date must appear below each thumbnail. If they do not appear, you may need to increase the size of the thumbnail using the slider to zoom (lower-right).
