  But I checked the page and 1.8 for Win 32-bit Vista BIOS is still the newest one.

  It seems that only the Win 7 64 bit drivers are available for Satellite L650D - 12 p PSK1SE series at the moment that maybe Toshiba will come out the 32-bit driver in the near future let's hope

  But if you want, you can install the Toshiba tools and utilities that are released for other series like Satellite L550D. Tools such as VAP, ReelTime, Touch Pad Driver or BT stack can be downloaded from other series, because these aren't portable model relating to the software.

  Of course, you should pay attention to the display driver, WLan or LAN drivers, it depends on the chip.

  If you look at the thumbnails in the Organizer, try going into the menu display and check that the Details and file names are checked. The name of the file and the date must appear below each thumbnail. If they do not appear, you may need to increase the size of the thumbnail using the slider to zoom (lower-right).
