  to enter the BIOS or make changes, you need hardware Toshiba (als called HWSetup.exe) and Toshiba common Modules!

  First of all I must tell you that your English is not so bad you think.

  Anyway, this kind of problems can be solved simply by service partner and in my opinion you should not try to remove the battery alone, because you can damage other hardware components because they are very sensitive to electrostatic discharge.

  You ask for recommendation? Well, I recommend formatting the entire HARD drive and install the new OS.
  It s safer format HARD drive because of spyware and viruses which is placed on the HARD drive.
  It seems that you haven t the well recovery CD so you can install the OS from the original CD of Microsoft could download Toshiba drivers from the Toshiba driver page and install it on the device.

  If you ask about Windows Explorer, then press the ALT key and you will see the menu with these options bar.

  You can have the remain in view by selecting organize/layout, and then select menu bar.
