I wonder, where I can get these files, because I looked everywhere on the web to find nothing.

  Please test after each of the steps that you have not already tried it. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Remember, no one here is Apple or can help in problems of service the customer.

  I followed on the specific page for this driver and found the same thing - my apologies that there is not a link on this page for basic training.  I did a search on the site hp.com for this text and it took me to a page that has the base driver...   Of origin ATI/nVidia drivers are not designed for Toshiba laptops.
  ATI drivers can be used on desktop computers.
  The drivers of Toshiba graphics card supports thermal protection which is necessary to avoid the increase in temperature.
  Laptops, graphics cards do not have huge as cooling office modules graphics cards and therefore the GPU driver control the performance of the graphics card.

  What you could do is to check the site driver for 3rd party such as;
  www.OmegaDrivers.net.

  But the non-Toshiba drivers may be used only at your own risk!

  I think that 90% of Toshiba laptops, you can find on the market come with preinstalled operating system. When you start it for the first time do NOT activate pre-installed OS. At the bottom of the laptop, you can find Windows sticker with valid license key.

  Maybe you bought for laptop computer without an operating system preinstalled. In this case, you need to install own OS and use the own license key.
