where can I get batch.exe (for the recovery console) to auto-finition usual recovery?

OK... usually my friends and I had problems like
%Systemroot%/System32/Windows/system corrupted
AMD, I found the microsoft article on how to fix it, but:
It's hard to type this command every time so I saw the batch command
But if I type lot has my recovery console (I use windows 7 recovery and it works) it seems that the command is not existing
So where can I download this file so that I can use it?
I wanted to use it like thi: first I open the console and navigate to my loan file and type
batch.exe fix001t, txt
batch.exe fix002.txt
txt - s are so in these commands that I usually type
I hope that I wolud find this file
Thank you.

Unlike the Windows XP Recovery Console, "batch" is not a command recognized in the Windows 7 system recovery environment.

You must also have a bootable Windows XP Recovery Console CD. For more information:

Then, you will be able to run the command batch to your heart's content. :-)
