Where do my Lightroom CC / GB iOS files?

I am trying to enter a workflow where I can edit photos on my iphone in the Lightroom app and then access it on my two computers easily in the form of physical files (preferably in creative cloud folder, where my active files are saved). I never made the transition from Photoshop in Lightroom, so I do not enjoy using Lightroom on my computer, just my iphone:

CC allows to synchronize the files through Lightroom, but I always have to find a workaround then download the file on my computer. I don't know even where these LR files are saved. It seems that they go into a hidden "Lightroom" on the Adobe CC Server folder. This file eating in my space 100 GB CC? I do not know... Is there a maximum capacity of Lightroom CC? I do not know...

Where can I find a complete guide (pref by Adobe) to examine how CC all files synchronization? I guess that there is a manual somewhere that I haven't read. I'm just trying to manage all of my files in one place. Love CC, but LR seems as it is designed to be entirely self-sufficient.

Thank you!

Do not count files Lightroom Mobile to your workspace files CC.

There is an option in Lightroom > preferences > Lightroom Mobile where you can specify the location of your Lightroom Mobile images that are synchronized to the desktop. This is new to the latest version (beginning 2016) of (2015.5) LR and LR Mobile 2.2.1.

  • Can I change the location of the library of Lightroom and default data files?

    Marc MandelbaumCommunity Member

    Hello

I am running Lightroom 5 on a macbook pro 17 "equipped for one SSD 240 GB and a hard drive internal 1 TB extra.  I have lots of software installed, including a large part of the following relevant Adobe and when all is said and done, I don't have much room for manoeuvre.

I just imported less than 20% of my photos, about 90 GB, in Lightroom, and the "Lightroom 5 catalog Previews.lrdata" file is about 1/10th of that to 9 GB.  That doesn't seem like much in the overall scheme of things, I know, but which leaves my hard disk space available to a mere 14 GB, which is not good at all.

My question is this: I looked hard and can't seem to find a way of change my Lightroom catalog files default location?  I would like to change this over the other internal disk where I have a lot of space.  I understand that I am able to move the library once it is compiled, but simply, I don't have enough space to import my library on the main (240 GB SSD) drive to then move it.

    Thank you for your help.

Lightroom will create these files the first time, it opens. And he put them in the default location. Let Lightroom it's thing. Then, before doing all the work at all in Lightroom, close Lightroom and move the folder that contains all the files whenever you want. Double-click the catalog (.lrcat) to start Lightroom. The default preference for the catalog is to open one last used. So now, the catalog in this new location will be one that will open.

  • Need Photoshop Elements 8 - IOS file

I have a copy of Photoshop Elements 8, which I am trying to install on my new laptop (not reader).  Looking to download from the site, but only the Windows file is available.  Any ideas?  Don't want to buy a Creative cloud subscription (or no matter what other Adobe one) to do what I need.

You don't need the iOS file, you need the mac file, which you can find here:

    http://prodesigntools.com/direct-download-links-for-Lightroom-3-and-Photoshop-elements-8.h tml

(iOS is the operating system for iPad and iPhone. It is not the same as OS X, which is what Mac use.)

    Hello:

the problem is like this: I used the function scope in my program, and then I did it in an executable file. but when I copy it to another computer and run the executable file, it will load the file niscope_32.dll

You should not just copy the exe to a new pc. You create an installer that not only has the runtime, but the driver NOR-Scope.

  • Catalogue Lightroom can't see files

My CC lightroom cannot see more than 1000 files in a specific subdirectory with more than 2000 files it contains. The files are there when you look at them with explore. Other files are there and are seen by the CCRB. When I try to synchronize LR said that there are 1200 + files to import (this is the correct number) but as he tries to include files 1200 + finally said it is impossible to find all the files to import.

The problem is that you most likely previously imported these photos in Lightroom, you used the COPY option, so Lightroom knows about these photos, but think they are in a different folder. Please note: Lightroom is not a file Explorer, it does not 'see' the same files that your operating system sees, he knows only the photos that were imported and the folder that you have imported into.

You must find the photos into the Lightroom library Module, in the other folder and then use them. Import or synchronization of these photos will not help and will make the situation worse.

To find the photos into the Lightroom library Module, click all of the photographs on the left side, then sort the photos by file name (using the view-> sort menu command) and then scroll upwards or downwards until you find one (or more) pictures in alphabetical order.

  • Where can I find my original premodifie file on camera raw/bridge. This is the raw image before treatment

Where can I find my original premodifie file on camera raw/bridge. This is the raw image before treatment. THX

You can select the setting expand to default or previous camera raw conversion.

You can also clear the changes to your image in Camera raw, but this will erase your changes in ACR.

In Bridge, right click on the thumbnail of the image and select develop settings >Cancel settings.

    Hope that helps.

    Kind regards

    Hi Suzanne,.

You can download the installer again.

Since your Adobe account, you can also retrieve your product key.

You are allowed to two "activation" at the same time, for example for a desktop and laptop.

  • Hello! I am a family oriented photographer and have a bit of trouble to keep the colors of files exported between lightroom and photoshop consistent. I edited my images on 5 Lightroom and export TIFF files after ProPhoto color space

Hello! I am a family oriented photographer and have a bit of trouble to keep the colors of files exported between lightroom and photoshop consistent. I edited my images on 5 Lightroom and export TIFF files after changing color ProPhoto RGB space. Then, I opened a picture at once and changed the settings of Photoshop CC ProPhoto RGB color (under the workspace). When I was editing on photoshop, I tried to export the image, but the colors seemed different, a bit washed out and blue, from the color of the workspace, I was on. I don't know how to solve this problem. Please notify.

Thank you very much for this! Color sorted

  • Image in Lightroom 5.7 missing files

I can see a set of images and metadata shows, but the files are not available for external editing or printing.  I can edit them in LR, but does not print them.

It is a set of images of a day.  Images taken on the days of hand and on the other are very good.  Nothing has occurred in the download which indicated a problem.

How to access these files.  They use a model and travel.  I would really like to be able to work with them.

    Any advice greatly appreciated.

Well, somehow you created an intelligent overview and then moved or renamed or deleted the original (or the folder that contains it). You must find the original and move again using your operating system or reconnect in Lightroom using Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing
