  Running Sierra on a late 2009 iMac. Time Machine works well and updated regularly. However the Time Machine buddy Widget shows all the information.   I installed an SSD in my MBP and moved the old HD in bay view which I configured as a backup Time machine. Time Machine tries to save every hour, every day and every week as default (I think).

  See this link for instructions on how to change the interval. But while it is more attention of the user, you can turn off Time Machine, check the box to have its display icon in the menu bar and then when you feel that a TM backup is a timely idea, just select 'Back Up Now' on the TM menu. I'm doing it's once a day, or every time there is something I want to save.

  Because the backup involves reading from the SSD instead of writing on it, it isn't bad for the SSD.

  I actually thought about it, I went into the folder local preferences for my user account which is a hidden folder and deleted all the contents of this folder and let After Effects to recreate the folder.

• Effect weird transition in first pro 2015 problem

  As the title says I have a very strange problem. When I try to apply a transition between two cuts effect the transition begins to add some additional images that are not in the full video completely or one of the videos together. I know that because I deleted these same images when I started to edit at the beginning. Ill post a picture of example below and if anyone knows what it is I'll be most grateful to be helped!

  1st photo is at the beginning of the transition, and as you can see it the African woman is not supposed to be there and some pictures later, she disappears and the next video begins (which isn't supposed to to happen at all).

So now, it tells me that I have to buy the 2015 version again even if I already bought the 2014 version. + I have another problem. When I open CC 2015 it stops on the loading screen and does not open.
