Where is the button "Firefox"? I have not in the corner of U/L.
I upgraded to Firefox 8 and tried to follow the tutorial. But my page doesn't look like the one in the tutorial. I have NO orange Firefox button in the top left of my page.
The orange Firefox button is there by default on Windows Vista and Windows 7 in Windows XP and 2000 users will get the default Menu bar. Since this way Firefox 4.0.
If you want that menu button Firefox then right click on a toolbar and uncheck [] Menu bar.

If you have installed a version 4.0beta, you're on the beta channel and will get notifications of a new beta version is available for installation. Firefox 5.0beta2 became available this past week, that's why you are getting this notification now.

Where's the Firefox Button?
I installed Firefox 4 and it seems to work satisfactorily, with one exception. Maybe it's me being not able to find the way to display the button?
All new tips for Firefox 4 videos show a Firefox "button on the extreme top left of the page and explain that by clicking on this button will bring up your menu. I do not have this button. Instead, at the place where advice videos show the Firefox Button, it has the same description as in the open tab.
I have not been able to find info on support to show me how to get the Firefox tab it. The correct bar is at the top of the screen and there usually minimize, maximize and close buttons on his far-right.
Is someone able to sort this out for me?
Thank youThe new interface is the default on Windows Vista and Windows 7 only. To get it under Windows XP, you must hide the menu bar. Do, in the view menu, select Toolbars, then click on the entrance to the "Menu bar".
If you need to access the menus, you can press Alt or F10 to display temporarily.

After I downloaded the latest update firefox I knew he disappeared. The opening of the screen is no longer the fox logo. The area of search in the toolbar indicates that leads research. And I find that not all my favorites still work. Example-I have to go to att to access my e-mail. That's fine if that's the way it is supposed to work, but if so I would like to know how to change my home screen - or at least the first thing I see when firefox opens on the site of att that I usually use my computer for e-mail. I'm also used to use google search and I'm an old lady of cat crazy I'm not really ready to change the way that I am familiar with my computer.
Ideally, I get photo fox with the google search screen and click on the marked bookmark mail back on my computer?
I'm not computer unless it is as it always has. Thank you, dawnHello dawn, please be aware that there are malicious sites that will trigger the update of fake reviews/popups that try to get you wrong download software bundled with adware. never click on such websites or run these files offer - updates are managed automatically by firefox and do not download any file to it (always manually, you can check if you're up-to-date by going to firefox > help > about firefox).
Please try these steps to find your firefox:
- Reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
- then go to firefox > addons > extensions and where there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
- go to the windows control panel and remove all installed software recently where you don't know what he has or other suspicious looks.
- Finally, run a full scan of your system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to ensure that adware is not present in other parts of your system as well.

Same thing as what? We cannot see what question you are referring.
However, he is indifferent to any browser that you normally use. A third-party program interferes with the Windows Internet connection. The only way to fix this problem before the registry change is to deselect the work offline option in the file menu of Internet Explorer. (Internet Explorer is much more than a browser. Among other things, it offers connectivity Internet for Windows, used for example by all browsers and e-mail programs.

I have not received the email so that I can install the new Firefox.
I downloaded the new version, but he says I'll get an e-mail so that I can install it then. I have not received this e-mail.
You need not register to install Firefox. Newsletter registration is optional.
For 29 of Firefox, you can use the integrated update. Try:
Help > about Firefox
Firefox must immediately begin to download the update.
Does it work?

Hello, I have a problem with Mozilla Firefox 14 and now also Firefox 15. When I click on .html files on my desktop, firefox will open a new window twice. Where is the problem? Thank you
That may be a problem with the DDE.
Try to undo and redo Firefox as default browser.
Make a different browser like IE browser by default and then let Firefox do it again.

where is the button refresh for firefox?
simply search for firefox refresh button. Help
To actually answer the question on where is the Reload button.
Look at the right end of the address bar (address) and it should be a combined Stop/Reload button.
Right click on a toolbar and select Customize and you can drag the reload and stop on somewhere else if you want. If you want to keep them separate and place something between the two as a flexible space or place them as stop then reload.
