  If you have the Firefox button, you can access your favorites by pressing Alt to temporarily activate the menu bar. You can also go to Firefox > Options and activate the menu bar full-time. You can also open your favorites using the hotkey Ctrl + B.

  If you want to permanently add a bookmarks button to the toolbar, you should watch section of the Knowledge Base on the customization of the toolbar.

  AFAIK, there is no option to disable the antivirus in the Bios.

  If you want restorefrom recovery disk, you need to set the cd/DVD-ROM under the 1st boot device.

  After the transfer of about a third of my HD 10 Gig by cut and paste, my new external HD 1 terabyte NO SPACE WAS not PERFORMED on my old C:\ drive.   Apple suggested to replace the Internet Explorer browser with another and I had Firefox installed, available and repeated downloading and installing successfully. Automatic Updates/downloads have reduced my 10 GB of available disk space 500 MB. I replaced the original 10 GB HD with a new 80 GB drive and additional 128 MB of RAM. Which, as well as my external hard drive 1 TB should hold me until I can afford to replace this 10 year old system. Thank you all for your constructive comments!

  This driver belongs to AsIO.sys Asus Probe. Try to uninstall Asus Probe and if you need, install again. If this does not help, uninstall Asus Probe and other tools of control such as Speedfan. Open the registry (regedit.exe) editor and search for AsIO.sys and remove all the entries that you can find.
