  Help XP winhelp and home premium has another, so you can't replace, because Windows Vista and later versions of Windows include no WinHlp32.exe, you must install this component to open files .hlp that have been created in the old help content, that you upgrade Windows XP to Windows Vista or Windows 7.   It seems you must have U.S. English language pack installed and enabled in order for Windows8-RT-KB917607-x 64.msu run. Or there is a replacement winhlp32.exe solution directly.   I see that you upgraded your system to Windows 8.1 and try to recover the SimplePass and MediaSmart software. HP has not tested Windows 8.1 on your system and so does not updated software for it. Download or update of software and drivers for HP computers

  You can try to use compatibility mode.

  Install the program

  Right-click on the program and select properties and switch to compatabililty mode. You'll see your options and choose the one that suits.

  Then you can try these drivers.

  But the drivers specifically for Windows 7, you won't find right now because Windows 7 isn't on the market yet. You must wait until the official release because some days or weeks later normally the drivers support begins.
