  What to say it seems Toshiba page doesn't provide all the Vista drivers for this device.
  Then you can try to use a graphics driver on 3rd part as www.omegadrivers.net site

  But note; These aren't the Toshiba drivers and that's why pilots are not tested on Toshiba laptops. You can install it but only at your own risk.

  I started using Word (Microsoft Office) but its tells me that I need a 25 character key, otherwise I can only use another 22 times.
  Where can I get this key since I have nothing in the box your laptop came or have I been fooled into thinking it is bundled with the computer when it is not in fact and they only gave me a trial version?

  You're right partner, only a trial version of Microsoft Office is preinstalled. If you want the full version of Microsoft Office, you will need to buy it in a store of the computer.

  An alternative, you can use the free OpenOffice. It s also very good software with a lot of function but it s for free. ;)

  Look for the sticker on the computer in question and use the product probably printed on that key.  (If a laptop - be sure to look under the battery - inside the battery compartment).

  Unfortunately, I lost the product key for Vista installation underlying.
  I used the Belarc, but this shows that the key to upgrade (which I have NOT lost!)
  Is all the same to recover the underlying key to Vista? I bought Vista Home MS directly and they sent the key to a few years back, unfortunately, I have more e-mail either. MS draw their email or pick up the transaction?

  Unfortunately, the answer does not address the issue.

  Fortunately, MS were able to trace the original transaction and provide me with the key. (The original key has been provided directly by MS by e-mail.)
