  Sounds to me like your account is corrupted.  I make a new account, drag your files on another, and then remove the broken account.

  You can drag the files to the new account by opening the folder C:\Users.

  The OP said he doesn't have to move. This can be done with the toolset without jumping through hoops, so with that it becomes almost impossible to work. You would have to put the entire application in the same file of an InDesign page.

  Try the settings > Safari > clear the history and data from the Web site and disable it. Exit the application and open it again.
