White screen after login screen

I turn my mac pro on it crosses to the login screen, then the screen become white. He done many times before, but he is back to normal in a few hours later. This time, I have not. What should I do and can it be related to office space?

Try to start safe mode. If successful, make sure you have at least 10 GB of free space on your hard drive. Then try a normal start.

    Hello

Thanks for posting in the HP Support forum.

This issue would have occurred because of many things including the recent software updates, virus/malware, corrupted user account profile. To remedy, try this:

1 Please, shut down the computer using the power button

    2. turn on.

2.1 as soon as you press the power button, keep hitting the Esc key (such as tap-tap-tap).

This should open a HP Boot Menu that can resemble the following

    3. choose F11 on the keyboard to open the system recovery options.

The computer should boot from the recovery partition various options you of recovery. Note that the F11 option will work only if the recovery partition is there (not deleted) and intact. From there on, you have prenty of options to choose from.

Please, perform reset of Windows with the possibility to keep your files and save the settings.

This will be "Refresh" your windows but will keep your files and some stuff in places

  • Creative cloud Packager white screen after the Adobe ID Login

I downloaded the packer of cloud creative on the site of volume license and got installed.  After the installation of the package Manager runs and asks me to connect with my adobe ID.  I connect using the same ID I used to download the package manager that has access to all the license information for our Organization.   I chose the option to connect business/Government.   Once I have connection, Packager of cloud is just a blank white screen.  I left it for hours the other day.   Any help would be appreciated.

I just solved this problem for another client by following the steps described in this knowledge base article:

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/KB/blank-white-screen-CCP.html

Note that the offending special characters can be anywhere in your information to Adobe ID, not only your e-mail address and password, but your name, company name, etc.. We plan to address them in a future release of the Packer, but I have no time frame that I can share.

  • Satellite Pro L300 - white screen after login

Hi, got a laptop off a friend to watch as not start correctly. Vista Edition running Home Premium, it will start up the screen of the user ok but when a user is selected the screen goes white with just the mouse pointer showing (which moves ok on the touchpad). I can press Ctrl Alt Delete and get the blue menu screen - if I try the Task Manager with it it goes back to the white screen.

I tried a repair of end upward to F8 but said no problems found. I can also start ok in Mode safe without getting a white screen. I tried a high diagnostic of MSConfig startup but still the same. I also disabled all services but still a Virgin.

I have a secondary partition on the disk with the recovery of HARD drive there, but do not want to reformat. I tried to restore to several different, but restore points remains empty at the normal start screen.
Someone at - it find it.

    Hello

    Its hardware problem or software.
Start the laptop in safe mode means that some essential software process would be disabled and the system would use only a few basics of essential equipment.

So even if the laptop runs correctly in safe mode, it could be a hardware problem.

That's why I think only with the help of HARD drive recovery would be the best way to know what's wrong here...

  • White screen after the upgrade, thoughts?

    Hello

I have a mid-2011, 21.5 "iMac. When I upgraded from Yosemite to El Capitan, I got the white screen of death on restart. I saved time machine, reinstalled, and everything was fine. When I did the update niveau.1, the same has happened (white screen, then backup, and then reinstall) and now, last night, after le.2 upgraded the same story happened.

When I run on the armored white mac disk utility, it shows all the hard drive as being full of the 'other', which is certainly not, but the drive is labeled as OK.

Before I try reinstall, I want to know: what am I doing wrong? I'm upgrading via the App Store, I don't have a hackintosh, no illegal absurdity, etc.. But this problem is boring and repetitive, so I figure there must be something I do. Any thoughts?

I got a grey screen for a few minutes, I came back a little later and I was looking at a login screen.

The whole process has been about half an hour.

    Hello LA_Hay,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

You did it any significant hardware or change software on the computer before this problem?

A problem with the card installed on your system, might be a major cause of the problem. So, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if the problem persists.

    Method 1:

Step 1: Try to start your system in a State of services necessary to the operation and a minimum set of drivers enabled, called Safe Mode.

Start your computer in safe mode

Step 2: If you do not have the white screen in safe mode, try to clean the system startup:

How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: See "How to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as usual after a repair.

If the problem persists, try Method 2.

    Method 2:

    Update your graphics card.

    1. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Security, and then, under System, click the Managerof peripheral . If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    2. In the list of hardware categories, find the display adapters and select the device driver you want to update, and then double-click the device name.
    3. Click the driver tab, click Update driver, and then follow the instructions. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

For more information, visit the below mentioned link:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

If you are not able to update the device driver via windows update, you can visit your computer or graphics card manufacturer's Web site and download & install the latest driver.

Hope this information is useful. If the problem still persists, please post back for further assistance, we will be happy to help you.

I can't say 100% that my problems are related to the last update, but I thought I'd ask.

Now I'm starting to think my problems are related to a single user, sign in. Only 2 people use the computer and my connection seems to be fine. No crashes or anything like that.

The problems start when my wife logs in to his user account.
