Why a few numbers in a list numbered a different font?

I started a numbered list in a picture then it continued in another. The numbers themselves are different fonts in each image, not the text that follows the number. Thus, "1" and "2. "in the first picture are the same font, then" 3"and" 4. "in the second frame have a different font.

Any ideas on how to ensure that the police number remains the same between the frames?

You may have a mixture of digital styles, i.e. that one proposed by Barb. So here I have done this and if I select the entire list and open the bullets and numbers in the paragraph Panel (which is different from that of paragraph Styles) Style numbering of character Styles is empty:

If I put it in a unique style or None match the numbers:

  • HP Probook 450 G1: Numbers of different model with the same features

    Hello!

    Sorry if I have chosen wrong forum.

    I'm going to buy a new laptop and I am interested in one of the series of G1 Probook 450. I am located in Ukraine, and at the same time, both models are available in my area. Problem is that the specs are the same but different model numbers: F7X41EA and F7Y25ES. I tried Google but couldn't find any relevant info. So I'm confused a little about the reason why the model numbers are different. Just different shipments? Or is there a hardware difference that is not visible in the description of the plug?

    That is a good question. The only thing I've seen that is different that the F7X41EA model weighs more and is more expensive than the F7Y25ES model.   There is certainly some details not described.

    I ask that your question is raised. Someone from Hp will contact you. I would advise them that your question is about a product on the Russian market. It's the weekend, so please give it a few days.

    You could actually ask the seller what the difference is as well.

  • Why if few tools appear in Photoshop Elements, on the left side, the toolbar?

    Why so few tools appear in the toolbar of Photoshop Elements on the left side?   My old items had a whole list of tools and tools running on the left side of the page.  I find this menu meagre, to say the least.

    Click on Expert to get the full toolbox.

    Your probably guided or Quick, which has only a limited set of tools in the box tool.

    Then if you click on the Tool Options, you can see the different tools and options for tools that are bundled with the icons in the Toolbox.

    Also, for future use, as you have posted in the general forum of photoshop, its forum dedicated to photoshop elements, where people are probably more familiar with photoshop elements.

  • Why are there duplicate TNS in list names drop-down connection

    Why are there duplicate TNS in list names drop-down connection.

    Also what is the list updated, if I make an addition to my tnsnames.ora?

    Probably because you have multiple tnsnames files in your directory.

    Most people don't realize this, but SQL * Plus has the same behavior. If you have a. BAK copy/version, rename it with a leader 1 or something in front of the ILO "tnsnames" to the file name.

  • How to set different fonts for numbers in the titles and tables of contents

    Hello

    I noticed some people to use a different font for the numbers in the titles and tables of contents to get an extra magic. Is it possible to automate the use of fonts in paragraph styles?

    Oh and suggestions on which fonts would be a good thing for numbers?

    Thank you!

    Furthermore, you must doany of this fancy stuff if you use an OpenType font that made OSF glyphs (and if you are not you will need to set the font as part of your style). Just head on to the style definition and enable OSF there OpenType features section.

  • List of families of fonts in a table (or not), 3 issues

    I build a script that will open a dialog box that allows the user to select a font family from a list (not a list of all fonts), then compare that value against the fonts that are used, highlighting everything that does not match. I have not yet built the dialog box, but I have other work I want except the list of font families.

    The following code loops through the list of fonts (only 20 for test purposes), compares the family name to the previous list (error intercepted for the first loop) and pushes the family name (if it does not match the previous) in a table that will be used in the dialog box. With two alerts at the bottom (for troubleshooting), I expect alerts to show the same surname. For the first three policies they do, but thereupon, the value of the table is "undefined".

    var iCount = 20;

    var = textFonts.length iCount;

    Var books = "";

    var nameArray = new Array();

    for (var i = 0; i < iCount; i ++) {}

    var familyName is textFonts [i] .family.;

    try {books = textFonts [i - 1] .family ;}

    catch (err) {books = ' ' ;}}

    If (familyName! = directories) {}

    nameArray.push (familyName);

    Alert ("last name:" + familyName);

    Alert ("Array Name:" + nameArray [i]);

    }

    }

    Issues related to the:

    (1) any speculation about why this behavior occurs (it is not truetype or opentype)?

    (2) is there a better way to get the list of families of fonts without duplicates?

    (2) is an array, the best way to populate a drop-down list in a JS dialog box? [this will be my first dialog box with a drop-down list, the others have typed values user]

    Thank you

    Alex

    EDIT: More info

    When he reached the ninth police in the list, the above script begins to write indefinite, but when tested manually, as below, it works very well. Hmmm.

    Alert (textFonts [9] .family);

    var nameArray = new Array();

    nameArray.push(textFonts[9].family);

    Alert (nameArray [0]);

    EDIT: More information

    tried to replace the nameArray.push (familyName); with nameArray.splice(i,0,familyName); bad behavior remains

    1. nothing wrong with your family name gathering

    2. No, you do right

    3. Yes

    you use the global counter 'i', to call something in the table that does not exist, after the 3rd point of the same family, the meter is 4, so that the elements in the array is 1, NomTableau [4] does not exist

    Try this

    Alert ("last name:" + familyName);
    Alert ("Array Name:" + nameArray [nameArray.length - 1]);
  • List by program the fonts used in a PDF document

    Hello.

    I want to make a list of all the fonts used in a PDF document. After reading the ISO 32000 standard (again), I tend to think that the only way to scroll through pages and list fonts used in each of them.

    Is it possible (and more) to do this?

    Nope - that is the only way.

    And don't forget that you can NOT just watch the Page resources dict.  You need to do a complete walk of recursive in the content stream find all the graphic objects themselves have resources.  Oh, and don't forget the Annotations!

  • Why all these numbers in Sass!

    I see this code in a template that I use. (this is just a snippet of the code) I'm new to sass and I was wondering if someone could give me an idea to a block like that and why someone use all these numbers. Is it really just a simple Bootstrap compressed? This comes from skel.scss. I understand it is a model you would use written by someone else, but how it really helps when you have the css designer who can really generate cela for you most easily. Except for the few blocks that you can use and if / if not which is nice I really do not understand. I stuck a bunch of code here, but my understanding here is minimal at best. I'm guessing that we put in place all these parameters and then call in our html code. How this record anywhere, anytime. There is a lot of work here, and it lights up. File html, to me, seems far from being dry as is the Bootstrap. Now, I could almost see the advantage and understand if you would reuse this code to countless projects (hem looking for yuk!) very similar but just one or two sites, that it seems easier to just do the old-fashioned way or am I missing something in the big picture of things. The implementation looks like it would take a lot of time for is so sophisticated and that a lot can go wrong here. I'm sure that these questions are answered in some blog somewhere and if you have this link would be great. I found Lang and compass thanks Ben. Thanks to everyone and as always, this forum is my go to spot!

    What you have shown is a skeleton, a sensitive design framework Sassified version. I have not worked with it and don't know the subtleties.

    Because you learn to use Sass, it is best to start with what you already know in CSS. Take a look at s-21616 http://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/recommendations-for-a-faster-workflow-with-sass--cm , ignoring the little Sublime text. You could also Google the subject, the problem, it is the information overload that is not desirable at this stage.

  • Why Apple Pages, Numbers and Keynote keep reinstalling themselves on my iPad mini 4?

    I continue to delete these apps, and they spontaneously keep redownloading themselves.   I know there are a few feature/setting somewhere that tells your iDevices to download the same apps you get on other devices, but I don't think I have that option. I don't have those apps installed on all other Apple products.

    How down and get away from them?

    Thank you.

    Don't know why they keep download after you have deleted, but the setting you speak is in settings > iTunes & App Store > automatic downloads > Applications > Off.

  • Why two serial numbers?

    Sorry if this isn't the usual but confusing technical issue. The registration of my photosmart c7280

    has asked me to enter a serial number of the device, the problem, is there are two different serial numbers, one on the

    the machine base and the other based on the gray box dark at the back of the device both starting MY82-.

    Should I assume that the number that corresponds to that on the area of the machine came in is correct and if so this

    importance has the other number obtained, as appropriate. Thank you for your time and superior knowledge.

    2nd serial number may be for the sides of the printer module. If you want to find the serial number of the printer, then print a self test report by pressing the Setup button > print report > self-test report. You will not see the correct serial number. in the upper left corner of the page. Although 14 digits, use only the first 10 digits during registration.

    Treat all

    I would appreciate if you can help me with this problem.

    I would like to highlight certain points on a diagram that its horizontal size is 1000. so I create another table with the same size of the main diagram that contains my points you want then I have to put the other free sites like ZERO! that is not suitable at all.

    so I think in an array of size 1000, but with just a few figures in there, but I think that's not possible.

    Please tell me if there is any other soloution.

    Hello Ali,.

    If I understand, you want to score orhighlight some certain points in a graphic waveform. A simple way to do this is to use annotations (for example, without the arrows, a few points), there are the examples come with LV another way is to use an XY Chart. Here, you can put some points to certain positions-X.

    Maybe it helps,

  • Why the same numbers are used every day for 4 updates

    Whenever I have shut down my computer, I get a message saying that 4 updates are being installed.  I checked my updates and they are the same 4 updates every day.  What gives?

    Here are a few ideas:

    Audit of the newspaper is not a bad idea. but it is likely that the update log has been accumulated since XP was installed, is probably quite large, overwhelming and intimidating to see.

    I can assure you about that nobody wants to watch a huge log file with a bunch of junk in it.

    You might stop the Automatic Update Service, rename or delete the log and restart the Service to get a new connection, but even when there is 'nothing to do', the journal is full of junk that is difficult to interpret.

    Since updates .NET Framework are connected and these updates are well known for installation problems, an option is to clear the log, just choose an update - say KB982168 and try to install it manually and then you can watch what is happening, and if you have disabled your front update log file It can be easier to spot the problem.

    There is little help that particular article KB, but sometimes the .net Framework updates are particularly bothersome - perhaps other previously botched updates, malware, or other reasons.

    The best thing to do when fail it these sorts of updates of .NET Framework (minimizing the frustration) is often just uninstall all the stuff of the .NET Framework and install everything again from scratch (after checking that there is no malicious software on the system).

    We know absolutely zero about this system because the MS Answers forums does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked.  Well, we actually know a little bit of things - it's a computer.  Do not know information difficult troubleshooting.

    Hear me, people of MS Answers?

    If you check the links in the article of Microsoft KB for some other updates, like KB979909, you can read that Microsoft has free help and support for these and all security updates - and sometimes, they are actually quite helpful and responsive.

    There are several support options, including a toll free number for especially by using the security updates that fail to install.

  • Why my property, numbered 1-21, are displayed as 1, 10, 11... 2, 20, 21 etc?

    I do not understand why digital assets are being arranged in the project Panel as if it were the 1950s.   Laughing out loud.

    FOR EXAMPLE:

    1, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 2, 20, 21

    Is there a setting somewhere to change this?

    THX in advance,

    David

    I think that it is a "feature" of Windows.  I have always used this format ' 01, 02,...» 09, 10, 11... "etc as a workaround.  If your sequence exceeds 100 001, 002, etc..

    Another problem has been that if you imported a bunch of files, then the last in the sequence number has been placed in the first place, fgollowed per second, etc.  It is certainly the case with Photoshop CS2.
