Why a new tab (Middle-click) in a new window open in the original window?

FF 4 Beta 11 I open a new window, middle, click on a link in the new window, but the new tab opens to the original window.

Why it is not open in the new window?

Are there settings to change this behavior?

Something has already changed the default Firefox behavior. In the same window, not the 'original' or another window should open a new tab.

You have this problem when running in Firefox SafeMode?

Do not choose anything at the moment, just use 'continue in safe mode.

If this is not the case, see this:
