  Hey Roy, it's hard to say.

  For visitors who do not all pages of the site being cached, they should get only what is currently available. You can emulate this by opening a new private window (assuming that you are not currently using a private window) and by visiting your site in this window.

  For visitors come back, what is supposed to happen is that if your site has sent a "last modified" as well as the page date, Firefox should ask the server if there is an update before displaying the cached version.   What you need to do is run a few respectable scans for malware first, and then see if any of you are your svchost.exe process is still badly behave.
