  I use CS3.  When I import several both psd files, I have the dialog box 'Import the layers' for each file that I'm importing.  Is it possible to have just select "Merged layers" for each of them by default?  I am importing PSD 100 at a time, and it is very annoying to have to click to get rid of this box to more than a hundred times.

  No. but you can use Photoshop to batch export them under other types - TIFF, Targa, etc..  That will keep the quality all flatten image for a simple import in first.

  Do you have a third party anti virus or other applications that claim to protect, manage, clean, etc. from your computer? If so, uninstall them. Do you get the same message when you are using another browser?

  Have you checked the Web Console (Firefox/tools > Web Developer) for error messages?

  Is the local server send the type of content appropriate for all files?

  You can load the CSS file directly via the address bar?

  You can check in "tools > Page Info > general" how Firefox to view this file.
