The homescreen in CC still shows as installed LR. When I try to uninstall CC it says that it is still necessary for other applications (Photoshop). Uninstall Photoshop so that I can uninstall CC and then start all over again? I'm afraid that nothing will work then. At least Photoshop works now.

• Windows 7 install "stuck" on the HP Pavilion 17 laptop

  HP, I am trying to install Windows 7 OS that I am unhappy with Windows 8 (sorry).  I did for I think almost the last step, but the Windows 7 splash screen is "stuck".  To date, I have disabled Norton, I disabled the Secure Boot, I changed the boot order to CD/DVD-ROM internal drive then I restarted the laptop with the new HP operating system disk Windows 7 Pro DVD in the drive.  Everything seemed to go ok until he "started" (restart) with the familiar screen of Windows 7 and is "stuck" there.  I was just before he should have asked me for the key.  I tried to go back to Windows 8, and it does not start, so I'm currently leave "Reset" itself, and then I intend to try again.  Why am I 'stuck' to the Windows 7 boot screen?  Thx for your help!

  Thank you all for the suggestion. Somehow, I managed to take out the drive by sheer luck. I found that the disc is a bit twisted and that like most is the reason why it got stuck. It's a lesson for me to carefully check the physical condition of a disc before putting in any drive slot-loading!

  Restore point:

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  In a campaign, others that hard bounces, is there other reasons all members of a segment wouldn't do it thanks to a campaign.  For example, I have an upcoming event with several campaigns running for registered and unregistered contacts.  Some of them will show a handful of contacts stuck at a particular stage that do not seem to get through.  Who cancels his subscription or bounces hard?  For example, on 17 and 28 in the first two emails have been there since these emails were sent instead to spend with the other members of this segment.
