Why are the buttons back and next connected to the address bar now?

I can't put update and cancel each other more.

It has apparently been decided

  • This is the logical place for the button.
  • It saves space having an Adaptive button that has two functions in one.

    in case you have one of them is present, try to disable/remove it - otherwise you could disable all extensions of your & re-enable each (a browser restart may be required after each step) until find you the culprit.

    You can use the SearchReset extension to reset preferences to default values.

    Note that the SearchReset extension runs only once and then uninstalls automatically, so it will not appear on the page "> Firefox Add-ons" (topic: addons).

    Do not forget that the Navigation toolbar and other toolbars are displayed. View > toolbars. Click toolbars to set or clear the checkbox. Check = not displayed, no check mark is not displayed.

    ... OK, this is weird. I restarted Firefox in safe mode and the reworked for/back Middle-click, so I thought it was one of my modules. Yet once, I opened Firefox in normal mode... and Middle-click works.

I want text labels on buttons (the ' Home' button, for example"). In the previous version of Firefox, you can click in the gray area at the top right and select "Customize". From there, you could drag and drop of what things you want to appear in your toolbar or not - and there is a check box for Select if you wanted the labels of text appears under them or not. Now as hard as I look, I can not find this option. So you're now forcing people to use ONLY icons. I hate this. My brain processes the word 'Home' much more quickly that it recognizes a bit the image of a House. You must understand that people act in different ways - and all simply because the developers of Firefox can not personally use text labels, which does not mean that person only!

    What is the point in removing the option? Not at all. Please re - introduce the option. In the meantime, I'll be back to the previous version of Firefox.

    Press Alt V T M (CTRL + V T M on Mac) on your keyboard. This should restore the menu bar (Firefox 3.6)

    Try to restore the default value set by going to display. Toolbars | Customize | Restore the default set. This will put the toolbars in the default slot

    Safe mode

    You may need to reset toolbars and controls through Firefox in Safe Mode troubleshooting questions
    Make sure that completely close Firefox first. When you get to the Safe Mode window, select controls and then make changes and restart and reset toolbars.

    What version of Acrobat or Reader are you using?  When you open the form are the fields highlighted and "complete" without clicking the 'Fill & Sign' tool to open the bar fill tools & sign?

    I suspect that the form that you opened is already ' to fill' so the fill tool & sign just offers you the possibility to sign the PDF and all filling out forms is managed the the Acrobat/Reader native app.  In the view below, I opened a 'Acroform' which is a PDF file that has form fields to fill and so the bar fill tools & sign has only 'Sign' button - it's what you see?

    'Fill & sign' tools are to fill PDF documents that have no form fields real (they are flat and not fillable) and is able to add text fields, annotations and signatures for the "flat" PDF

    It allows to be that we could move the buttons of the icon freely, but now we are forced to put them as chosen by Adobe.

    The problem is that Adobe is American and we know all that the Americans do things the wrong way autour. :-)

    Thanks for your suggestion. If you use Acrobat DC we have options page under the tool rotation organize Pages (with the same icons) where changes can be saved, while, to discover rotation only tools that cannot be saved are opposite. It's just to make the difference between the two sets.
