  I've recently updated the firmware and drivers on a LaserJet P1102w and now have two icons in devices and printers on Windows 7 Pro. Functional icon reads the printer HP LaserJet 1102w (which is correct). If a single UN-installs the unusable icon, Windows just charge drivers to re - start. Is it possible to get rid of this icon?

  The problem has been resolved.

  HP Smart Install apparently was the problem. It is that I have updated the firmware and drivers to the latest (version October 2012) that the problem started. I used the HP CD and run the utility to disable Smart Install. I managed to remove the second icon, and he never returned.

  When I bought the printer, Smart Install worked fine, but not after the firmware upgrade.

". Records of Documents that I checked are empty.

  There is no drivers for Windows 7 because the product has reached the end of its cycle with Vista.

  There are no drivers in Windows 7 is because Epson have not given anything to Microsoft for inclusion.

  In all honesty, the RX425 is a little Windows drivers that goes back to Win 98 and I suspect that Epson consider they are doing you a favor by pushing allows you to change. Do not fly at Epson because all manufacturers do the same. It's how they generate liquidity to continue to produce things... :-)

  I spent the last month trying to find resources, help, all stuck extended tutorial in site 1 above. Just today, I found the second site above and it is with the help of google to search of muse... What's worse, is that there is no link to everything I could find between the two site. Web site 2 above seems to have much more info on Muse than site 1 above. They both seem to be managed by Adobe.

  I've always had difficulties to navigate the Adobe website and now I find stuff like above. Very frustrating. I can't conceive a reason why Adobe still do this. Nor have links with Adobe TV with muse tutorials... who knows what other pages of Adobe, under the aegis of Adobe, with help/tutorials/resources for Muse and other applications are 'hidden' where you have to use google to find web pages.

  I wish that Adobe affineraient their Web site... I love the apps, but the site looks such a mess and a hodgepodge of pages whose half seems that all break the link, but with the same information to the application.

  The Adobe website uses the same structure for all the product pages. With Muse being a relatively new product in the area of web design, the Muse team themselves have added their own website where they can add as many resources as they wish. It is not possible to add these resources on the main site.

  The second site is one you should use to Muse that the first is just the basic selling stuff.

  I installed FMS and we are evalauating as a streaming server.

  If I understand the documentation, all multimedia files for dissemination should be stored in this directory:

  /.../applications/VOD/media

  However, if I want the file to be available (downloadable) over http, it should be located under webroot.

  /.../Webroot/

  Now my question is, why can't I just create a symbolic link from .../webroot/media to point .../applications/vod/Media.

  In general, we would like to do each file streamable and downloadable.

  My thought is, the sym link allow us not to have to download each file in two places.

  Am I missing something?  Are there security issues?  What is the idea behind having 2 directories?  I guess that the FMS can handle streaming and downloading a file at the same time.

  Jay is right.

  The server has been configured with two directories, because many customers is not available for download on HTTP support. Vod/media folder is for RTMP streaming only. Other clients need their media available on HTTP and RTMP. Webroot/vod folder is for these files.

  Here's how the configuration:

  If you look at the (rootinstallationfolder/conf) fms.ini file, you will see two parameters that define the location of vod media files:

  VOD_COMMON_DIR = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flash Media Server 3.5\webroot\vod

  VOD_DIR = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flash Media Server 3.5\applications\vod\media

  These parameters are used in the tag in the folder rootinstallationfolder/applications/vod application.xml configuration file. They say FMS it can stream files to one of these places.

  /Webroot is the Apache Web root. The Apache httpd.conf (rootinstallationfolder\Apache2.2\conf) file defines the location of the webroot folder. Whatever under this folder can be downloaded.

  For broadcast only, put the files in the vod/media folder. For the streaming + download, put the files in the webroot/vod folder.

They seem to be to Google and Facebook, both with ToolTips who say, 'see and manage applications. The drop down menu allows me to manage their link friend requests, but "Go to Menu" and "Remove from toolbar" grey outside and no action.

  FWIW, I have accounts at Google and Facebook but trust neither and if them were blocked by all possible means to look at me, sending me notifications, do something 'for' me, etc.. My Add - ons may be visible in my account, but in general they are related to the Organization: "Group Tabs", "Bookmarks" or my custom work process: 'Send to Kindle', 'HTTPS Everywhere' and 'disconnect intimacy.   Microsoft doesn't develop hardware drivers. All hardware drivers coming through Microsoft Updates are provided by the hardware peripheral manufacturers.

  When you install a device and go to Microsoft Updates for a driver, updates will look at the hardware ID of the device and will offer a latest driver from the manufacturer of this device.

  This Adobe icon at the top is Adobe Update Notifier.

  Whenever an update is available in any creative Application of cloud, you get this message.

  Just open this look updater for update available and update the application accordingly.

  Then it will be removed from the top.

  Don't need to uninstall all applications until this notification of update Adobe will continue to appear whenever there is an update.

  On a thread, the user was able to match the MAC address of the window of the Network Infrastructure to an open wireless network (unprotected) nearby. This seems to be the case for multiple threads, I found elsewhere on the internet.
  Given that I have found so many other similar threads on the same issue, I would consider it is safe and I would just ignore it.
