  Keith, the 'create an account' link on iOS is in the 'Account' dialog box, under the button "connect". iOS is the only application that has a dialog account, because iOS has a few other configuration options to manage the different store not present scenarios on other platforms.   Little weird problem here - I checked my project for the accessibility/508 compliance and noticed that on some of my buttons tab order was somewhat paradoxical. Everything worked and was working properly, but the order was switched off.   I had to created slides that had buttons incorporated into groups that only appeared when some variables have been triggered or a shared action them changed to 'show' and that caused the "glitch" I saw above.

  In the print module, I put my margins of size 0 and cell to 4 x 6.  The image on the screen looks exactly how I want to print.

  I go to Page layout, select my printer, the paper (4 x 6 borderless) size and orientation, click OK.

  Then in the configuration of the printer, select HP paper I use, click margins, click Save.  If I click on "Scale to fit paper size", I'm still about 1/16 "on each side.

  Under Image settings, I uncheck zoom to fill.  I've tried but always selecting the experience of clipping.

  I tried to move the margin by fractions of inches and to recover a portion of the image, it seems to me, but it's a process long trial and error which I think I would not have done.
