• Firefox crashes when trying to download files

  For the last two days, Firefox crashed every time I have try and download something, even in safe mode. Even if I do not actively download and I just want to watch my downloads box to clear the list it breaks down. In fact, crashes maybe not the right word, it freezes just straight up and I have to use the Task Manager to close it. Apart from that, I got no problem with navigation. I can always download without any problem with Internet Explorer and Chrome.

  Also note that firefox 10 upgrades have been suspended, and now released Firefox 10.0.1. One of the problems that set is related to the use of java hook; that may turn out to be the problem you are having.

  This laptop may have problems. am scaning now using an ESET online scanner to see what is happening.

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

• I tried to download CS4, but it will not download.  Says that I need to improve, but cannot do so unless I am owner CS1, 2 or 3.  Why don't I just use what I bought.

  Make sure you download the suite CS4 or product that exactly matches what you had initially: Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 products. Serial numbers are for specific products.

  The downloadable Shockwave player version (not flashing) is 12.1.3.153 and not 15.0.0.152 as you can be confusing which version of the flashplayer reached before.

  Flash player is used for good Flash videos like Youtube and Flash games in Shockwave player is little used compared to Flash, for things such as games and online learning tools.
