  Please refer to other posts on this topic, but essentially the extension manager is not recommended for 2015 of CC. You must use CC Desktop App for facilities instead.

  Note: Make sure the virses on your computer. remove any installed hard drives or hard drive controllers newley. check the hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and completed. and restart your computer.

  The Windows XP installation CD does not recognize SATA drives.  You must either have a SATA drive driver on a floppy disk (floppy drive) so that you can "press F6" during installation or (b) a slipstreamed XP install CD that incorporates the driver SATA or (c) temporarily change the BIOS in legacy IDE mode, install XP and then install the SATA drivers and SATA mode (this can be a bit complicated (: link1, Link2).
