  After re-installation and update of XP, I had trouble to install Microsoft fix - it. When I downloaded it, I was told that it was a mistake and asked to try again later. (Frustrating, there is no error number and no information on the nature of the error.)

On the connection tab, select the radio button for "this account:" and enter "NT\SYSTEM authority" (without the quotes).  You must then provide and verify the password of your system.  If successful, you will be asked to restart the service. On the general tab, the startup type should be set to "automatic".

  Install the following updates on your computer and then try to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015.

  (i) Update for Windows 7 for x 64-based systems (KB2999226)

  (ii) Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows

  While your HP system may already have these updates, there may be many others who do not. These updates just check that the update is already installed or not installed, and if not, the update will run normally. If the update is already installed, you will receive the message that you did.

  The HP update service is provided by HP in order to maintain the custorer HP systems updated, much like Microsoft did with Windows Updates. It is the responsibility of the user to choose or not to accept these updates or not accept them.

  Your operating system is not supported: Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows. If the software works at all, you will have unexpected behavior that may prevent a video project.

  I suggest that you buy a separate boot disk, install Windows 7 and install first Pro CS5 on this disc. Start on this disc of any time you need to edit with first Pro CS5.

• Why can not install the latest version of Flash, when I already have the oldest?

  My antivirus software is disabled. Currently, I have Flash on my computer. In the troubleshooting page, I see clouds in the picture so I know that my current flash works.  I went into internet settings for modules and flash is currently enabled.  Why can't I install the latest version of Flash? I tried to run it and save option and it has not always worked. I can see the installer in my downloads folder. But all I get is a black box of vacuum that does nothing. What else can I try to get the installer to install the updated flash version?

  Project 2007 is compatible with Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.
  How do you run the installer? How are you connected? User administrator or Standard?

  You have versions of Project 2007 trial or the trial versions of Office installed? If so, uninstall them first and then try again to install Project 2007.
  After uninstalling, restart the computer and then try to install again.

• Why can not install Flash CS6 cloud?  Help!

  I joined the Cloud membership yesterday and updated most of my applications.  I had to uninstall previous versions of no-cloud to get the new versions of cloud and they are all working well except for the Flash CS6.  It is not on my computer and when I login on my account of cloud, it says that Flash CS6 is up-to-date.  How can it be if I have not installed?  How can I reinstall it through the cloud?  Thank you

  Please download and install the free trial at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flash.  Once installed, you can then open the program and choose the license of this software.  Once you enter the Adobe ID linked to your subscription Flash CS6 should get out of the mode of trial.

  As with all HP printers, the software must be installed before connecting the printer. Installation will then ask you to connect via USB. If you have installed all previous versions, uninstall them first.
