  I searched the web and I tried a number of solutions, none of them worked. What should I do next?  Here are my computer specs

  I want to emphasize that I have all the drivers updated, do not report to X update because I have already done.

  I recommend you do a clean install of all the Adobe Creative Cloud applications, to do that please follow the steps below:

  • Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
  • Disable the firewall on your machine.
  • Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)

  These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.

  (1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

  Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

  2) Remove suite of files: ( If you do not see any folder skip this step )

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\creative cloud files

  C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista)

  C:\Program DATA \Adobe\ Rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD file

  3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

  Maybe your RT device must reboot to configure Windows updates. You can try this:

  1. Select your user name in the upper right corner of the start screen, then select Disconnect.

  2. then tell your device RT to stop or restart to the login screen by selecting the symbol of power in the lower right. Your screen may say that it configures the Windows updates.

  I hope that when you restart the PC, your question/app Store will be resolved.

  Were there other problems with the system? When did start to happening? Have you tried to do a system restore before this issue.

  Here are a few methods you can try to solve this problem.

  You want to use F11 to access the option to restore it if your hidden partition has been deleted. Otherwise if the hidden partition is gone, you can buy the restore disc to restore your system to factory-installed.
