  Try this:

  Before you import your files, go to file > project settings > General and change the rendering engine video software of Mercury playback engine only. Click OK, and then select Remove previews. Then import your files.

  Your operating system is not supported: Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows. If the software works at all, you will have unexpected behavior that may prevent a video project.

  I suggest that you buy a separate boot disk, install Windows 7 and install first Pro CS5 on this disc. Start on this disc of any time you need to edit with first Pro CS5.

  Recently, I built a new computer with the following specifications:

  CPU: 4790 k (stock speed)

  RAM: Team Extreem 16 GB (2 x 8) (2400 mhz)

  Motherboard: Asus Ranger 7

  GPU: 780ti Zotac Amp Edition

  Storage: 250SSD Samsung evo + Barracuda 1 TB

  PSU: 850 G2 EVGA

  Operating system: Windows 7 Professional

  All the drivers are up to date.

  So I installed the creative cloud and then to install the applications in the following order: Media Encoder, Photoshop, and first Pro CC. The media and photoshop have no problem but first CC pro crashes when you click on.

  I would click on the first button CC pro and the loading screen pro first will pop up but then her 'has stopped working error' will occur immediately.

  I need to get this problem is resolved in the next few days because I need it for a very important video project. If this problem cannot be fixed in the next 2 days, unfortunately, I have to pay my subscription with adobe (still within 28 days) and use Cyberlink or Vegas.

  I have tried searching the forums and google but you have not found a solution that works for me. Could someone please lend a hand?

  Caution - I'm relatively new to adobe captivate and first, so I hope it's a matter of simple adjustment I was not able to understand.  When I do a capture video captivate 6 the output mp4 is very clear.  If I play it in windows media player, it's loud and clear.  If I import this same mp4 into Premiere Pro CC 2014, it is very blurry.  My simulation has gauges and dials which must be clear and I need to "mix" audio sounds, narration and system in this video.  Any help would be much appreciated!

• First Pro CC cs6 import only audio and no video

  Recently I visited an AE CS6 file, but when I try to import in first pro only allows me to add to the timeline as audio, although I can see the full video (sound and Visual) perfectly in the project folder. The rendering of the ae file is a MPEG-4 h.264, AAC Codecs. Is the problem with AAC or a bug? I tried to open the sequence after the first early, but that did not help. He plays very well in a video outside the first.

"" I can easily see on my system Windows 8.1 using the application of video - and yet I cannot open the or edit in Premiere Pro CC 2015 - the file type is not supported! Why not?

  Is it possible that I can convert those MKV into a format that first can process?

  MKV is not an industry standard. They originated as a container for DVD rippe format / Blu - Ray and the spec has changed many times. However, any MKV can contain multiple streams of video and data and it's nothing any video normal edition app will manage. You have to convert / extract the flow with respective tools. A search on the web can find you enough things to do this.

• First Pro CC (2014) a DELETED AUDIO from my original?

  I know there are a lot of discussions there on not playing audio or audio missing. It may be a related issue, but I have not found anyone who described the same problem, I'm going to, or has a solution.

  I opened a project today I have worked for a few months, a documentary of sorts, with interviews, b-roll etc.  I am editing with native images, which is AVCHD, shot on a Panasonic AF-100. Today, I noticed that two of my interview clips seemed not reading as I watched.  I was not too concerned at first because I know PP can be buggy, but here's what I did and how the magnitude of the problem:

  -J' tried to play again, to see if it was a fluke... no audio

  -J' I looked the audio in the timeline... any waveform, just a flatline... no audio.

  -J' looked at audio waveform of the entire interview... nearly HALF of it is FLATLINED... as PP had erased or replaced the audio in somehow!

  -I restarted PP... No sound. Then I rebooted the whole system... no audio.

  -I never went back to the original item in the media browser to try to re - import it... No audio.

  -I opened it Prelude to try to only look at the origin of different software... support any audio.

  After a few months of work (and a budget edition of tens of thousands of dollars), I have 4 days of the delivery date and the FIRST IS ERASE MY MEDIA!

  If it is not resolved, I stand to lose more than this work, but this whole client, my reputation and my livelihood. ARE YOU LISTENING, ADOBE?  It comes to my career we're talking about. Help, please.

  Welcome to the Adobe forums.

  Try to copy a file from the folder or the AVCHD structure > BDMV folder and then paste it to another location and check if the Audio well. If so, then create a new folder say 'TEST' and move move all clips with the structure of folders in it means move BDMV folder to the test, so that the directory of the file is changed.
