  If you look at the rest of the error message, it might explain why you get this error.  Try to do a CTRL-F3 on the message to view the source and see if there is a link in there that explains the error message.  A server may have blacklisted you and you can fix this.  It is not a problem with how OE is configured, but rather roger's mail server.

  -WindowsUpdate_dt000: A general error on Windows Update.

  Possible solution: try to run your application update Windows with elevated privileges:

  1. click on the Start button (lower-left).

  2. Enter "update." Right click on the link "Windows Update" and select "Run as Aministrator".

  3. click on 'OK' or 'Allow' for safety messages.

  4. click on "Check for updates" on the left panel. Try to find and install the updates now. If the problem persists, please use telll.
