Why can't I cancel my membership?
Can someone please help?
I tried all methods to try to cancel my membership at will without success.
I followed all the steps and ended up at this screen.
I can't a number of ring or an email to send.
All I want to do is Cancel and Adobe are doing this process as difficult as possible.
Any help will be appreciated... but please, do not comment if you have the same old steps... trust me I tried a million times.

I could not find the source of the charge to my credit card bill and would welcome a refund (you will see that there is no activity on or usage of the account). I found that the Acrobat Pro is the worst program I have ever met. It is so complex and even when you follow the instructions, that it does not to cancel my subscription. At the bottom of the screen, you will find a blue "still need help?" button. Please click to access the options of phone and chat.

When you cancel your subscription, all software related to that subscription will stop working. This includes any software with CC in his name.
The only way to continue to use the CC versions is to re - register.
