  If you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store on your Apple TV, take a look at the troubleshooting steps below:

  Perhaps one of the main reasons is that the Apple ID, I used on my iPhone is different from the AppleID that I use on my MacBook Pro.

  But when I went to add that Apple ID for my 'family' I get the message that the 2nd "" Apple ID is already part of the family.

  You need to get them on the same Apple ID choose one registered with the family and change it on the computer or device that has different ID.

  Try if it works. It does for most people, but one of the posters said recently he did not for him or her.

• How can I keep the open structure display after selecting the element catalog?

  A really irritating feature with FM9, is that the structure display disappears when I open the catalog of the element. Precisely what I don't want to because I want to see the position the element takes after its insertion. Because the structure display disappears each time leads to many problems especially adding invalid structures in the document. As a solution, I copy and paste already used elements within the structure and then empty or adapt the content to the need, almost elliminating the need to use the catalogue of the item altogether. But it is tedious and error-prone and I'm sure that there must be a way to get the catalog and the element structure view to display simultaneously.

  By some probably internal defect in FrameMaker, the structure display and catalogue of the element are anchored in a bag. Simply drag the display structure, or in the catalogue of the element by its TAB out of the basket and drop it outside the basket. Now you can organize them as you wish. When you save the workspace, FrameMaker will remember this layout the next time you open it... at least for a while. My experience is that through some sequences that I still understand the view structure migrates to the pod with the catalogue of the element. I don't know why, but it happens about once a month or less. So, no big deal, I just hang out once again and save the workspace again.

  Perhaps users have discovered that this problem is caused by led modules, for example a plugin Conduit and/or an extension "Community Toolbar".

  You can check and disable the extensions on page modules. Either:

  • Command + shift + a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off.

  Often, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

  What helps with the button "+"? If so, you can name the specific extension that caused the problem?

  You can also see the Plugins page modules. You can never use 'activate' to disable plugins that you do not usually use.

  Delete a possible user.js file and files numbered prefs-# .js and rename (or delete) the file prefs.js to reset all default prefs.

• How can I keep the "Open all tabs" button appear all of a sudden on my taskbar?

  There is a little weird problem which continues to be in my Firefox browser. It involves my taskbar and happens almost every time I use Firefox. Not sure when it started, seems like after that I upgraded to 11.0 FF but don't hold me to that. In any case, here is what I see behind my buttons of windows and applications open in my taskbar, I can see part of another button that is labeled as 'open all tabs '. Every so often, the button actually displays in front of my other buttons on the taskbar. I have my OS (Windows7 (64-bit) set to run with the best performance and Classic view if that could make a difference. I also note more frequent periods of FF becomes out of order, when I opened the Task Manager and close FF, the dialog box shows that it is 3 windows open when I have only 2 browser windows open.

  Please check if this happens in a new profile. If the new profile is correct, you can later copy the necessary personal data of the old profile. Firefox stores your personal data and settings in a different location (folder profile) separated from its files/folder. A new profile would default Firefox settings (Tools (Alt + T) > Options, and topic: config ) and usually also would be vacuum of Extensions and themes (appearance) in tools > Add-ons) and their parameters. In addition, a new profile would have no previous website stored data/settings etc, (Tools > clear recent history).

  We are 4 users and both of them have version 24.3.0, and two are on 24.4.0.
  We use the option "open message in the conversation" a lot and all of a sudden this option is no longer available. Is there a setting that could have been changed to make it happen?
  The only thing that has changed is that I have rearranged our records using "manually sort folders" - this could it be?

  All messages with a thread of before yesterday are always available with "open message in the conversation", but anything in the afternoon yesterday do not display the option when you right-click and using the swift short ctrl O does nothing.

  I think I managed to do the sorting now. I've done the following:
  See help at the top and choose "restart with disabled modules.
  Are you sure...? Press "restart".
  It will now ask you if you want to start in safe mode. Choose this option.
  The "manually sort folders work" is now disabled.
  Now close Thunderbird and wait a bit.
  Now open again, check if you have the Add-ons back - manually sort folders.
  Try to click an email again to view the message in a conversation.
  And so it works with adding on and open it in the conversation. Very strange but if it works, I'm happy.

  I followed all the troubleshooting, I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, activated fonts.

  Creative and Mac 10.10.1 Yosemite cloud CC 2014

  1. While it is connected to the creative Cloud, I uninstalled every creative cloud applictions.

  2. offline creative cloud.

  3 downloaded the cleanup of Creatve cloud tool and ran it.

  4 restarted.

  5. check all the files in the library to ensure that anything Adobe has been left (search Adobe is a good idea).

  6 re-directed the installation of creative cloud program.

  7 connected and checked creative cloud including the installation language and file preferences. NOTE for the Australia what we ENGLISH INTERNATIONAL not in North America.

  8. install all the Applications I use.

  9 tested Indesign - absolutely perfect.

  10 restarted and tested again. Everything is good.

  I took these silkscreens to show how installation files are now different on Yosemite 10.10.1 the preceding settles.

  I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium from a disk I bought at Staples.  I then re-load my old version of Corel.  Corel Photo-Paint works well, it is fair to Corel Draw.

  Corel Draw 7 is not compatible with win7, even when you use the compatibility options
