  Have you looked at the article Knowledge Base, what to do if Firefox will play all of the sounds? There are many good advice on troubleshooting in there. You might have its just accidentally disabled for Firefox.

  There is also a chance it's a plugin problem. If the first article does not help, take a look at common audio problems and graphics issues.

  I don't know what version of McAfee, you have, but I'll assume that you have the version of McAfee SecurityCenter: 11.6 (what I use).

  Open McAfee SecurityCenter > Web and Email Protection > firewall > ICS for Progams > Scroll and look for Firefox > click on Firefox, so it's highlighted > click Edit > turn Net Guard off > save

  That should do it.

This is the only site where the problem persists, and Firefox is the only browser in which this problem occurs (I tested it in Chrome and it works fine, but I would rather not switch to Chrome because I prefer Firefox).
