Why Cloud Creative Don't warn me that Acrobat DC costs extra money?
I (had) Acrobat X on my PC, which was purchased when I bought the PC. I was invited by Windows for some time to upgrade to Acrobat DC. I followed the instructions and uninstalled Acrobat X to make Acrobat DC could be installed. NOW, I have to spend another $199. to purchase Acrobat DC.
It should pointed instead to get me in an irreversible dilemma in which I am now taken trapped without either version.
I think the methods of decoy and entrapment of Adobe is unacceptable.
If the software is delivered with your machine when you bought it then you should be able to get a copy of it from the dealer, and the serial number needed to activate it. Alternatively, you can download on the link if you have the serial number...

Why Cloud Creative delete all my files and re - download them when it automatically updated?
I lost the files since the last 3 days because the creative cloud did not and I didn't immediately. When I finally saw it wasn't syncing I restarted CC, it then automatically updated and the creative Cloud Files folder has been deleted and the 11 GB of files had to be re-uploaded CC everything I had worked since the creative cloud became insensitive immediately lost and not recoverable. CC is now useless to me if I can't count on it at least not to delete my files. I may go back to Dropbox to synchronize, at least when it goes down it does not remove my files the. 3 days of work gone in a Flash. I disabled the auto-update feature and will not fail to back up my hard drive before updating the CC manually. It's stupid. With the recent update of the application of Creative Cloud Desktop (1.9.1.474), we have unfortunately introduced a bug that causes the creation of a new Creative Cloud Files folder and re-synchronization of all content. This will happen only the first time that the synchronization application runs after the update. This caused an understandable pain and confusion, for which we really apologize.
Creative application Cloud Files contains a logic that supports the use of several Adobe ID. This allows to disconnect from an ID and in, but keeps the contents of your separate creative cloud. When you sign out and change identifiers, the app moves the previous creative Cloud Files folder and it's content and he adds with the already signed in ID (User@AdobeID). Then, it creates a main folder and begins to synchronize the content of the identification of new.
The bug I mentioned earlier occurs, as the app believes an ID selector took place and as such, moves the current record of Creative Cloud Files and attempts to annex the already signed in ID. As no switch actually took place, it manifests as (unknown). The application then creates a main folder to synchronize the data.
What you end up with is essentially a creative Cloud Files folder with your new synchronized data and a creative Cloud Files (unknown) folder that contains duplicate data.
This happens once, after the last update.
The solution is to simply delete the (unknown) Creative Cloud Files folder.
I recommend that ensure you that you have no pending change you can do offline and you check the contents of the folder new, main designer Cloud Files contains everything you expect of him. If not, check the contents of the creative Cloud Files (unknown) folder that your files should be there.
If there is still an incompatibility with your data, you can check on creative.adobe.com to confirm that your data is there.

Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs. Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc 2015 apps. and probably more in the future.

Why Cloud Creative do not load and open correctly?

Windows Cloud creative pop - up warning

CLOUD CREATIVE DON'T ME LETS NOT RE-ENROLL
I just corrected a payment problem and now everytime I try to open an application (first and consequences right now) it tells me that my subscription is expired. I click "try again" he said ' thank you for using creative cloud "or something of the sort and then the same exact subscription expired message appears.
I click on "Liscense this software" and it allows me to connect and then use the program until it stops (it now crashes often and I can't get a dynamiclinkserver connection, which is something I depend on heavily right now)

I am trying to download a trial version of Photoshop, but the download never starts. The cloud app appears in top right of my screen but the apps tab shows just a circle rotation. I was able to download Lightroom without problem, but will not download Photoshop. No idea what I can do?

I downloaded some trial versions of Lightroom and Photoshop with CC and it loaded LW - Moble 5.7.1 but I use a desktop computer with Windows 7. I uninstalled LR through instead of CC Control Panel (didn't know I could do through CC). I am trying to reinstall the trial version of LR but I get the circle of blue rotation under the 'Apps '. The homescreen in CC still shows as installed LR. When I try to uninstall CC it says that it is still necessary for other applications (Photoshop). Uninstall Photoshop so that I can uninstall CC and then start all over again? I'm afraid that nothing will work then. At least Photoshop works now.
