  Try a boot minimum http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.  If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem.   Follow the procedures described in the article.  Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall.  Once don't forget to reset yout system back to the normal state, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work.  If you are using XP, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353.

  As it is not an extension preventing the loading images, it can be a third party plug-ins.

  Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the tab Security Deselect: plug-ins Allow. Quit and restart Safari to test.

  If it makes a difference, the instructions of troubleshooting plugins here.

  If it is not a plugin problem, in the Safari menu, click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab, then click: clear the history and data from the Web site

  Lightroom doesn't matter to any resolution. (although you can see the number 240)

  The pixels are pixels and 'resolution' applies only when you are printing and its size compared to the pixel dimensions.

  I am changing a course created with Captivate 5, Captivate 7 and for some reason any background image slide 35 appeared in all the slides after one and I can not remove.
