Why do I get boxes everytime I click something telling me that the program has a bad image?

When I click on something, I have a little box in the middle of my screen saying that the program has a bad image.

(e.g. chrome.exe - bad Image will be at the top of the box and it comes with a notice saying:)
C:\Windows\system32\avgrsstx.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try to install the program by using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the provider of software for support)
Also, every time I turn on my laptop, after & his signature while in I get loads of boxes for loads of programs that got my cell phone.
Please help me, I did something different, and I've never had this before.
I don't know what to do and its slowing down the process of fill me my work right down.
