Why do I get "gibberish" in my email, when I try to send a message?
When I try to "transfer" a message I have computer "gibberish" in the body of the message. I've included a screenshot. What is the 'fix' for this?

Why do I get VISA code error-1073807202 when you try to connect the PXI-2565?
I got the 1703807202 error code (a code library required by VISA is not found) every time when I start the computer and used 'Initialize with topology' first connect my channels. The last update my computer (Vista Home Basic) tried to download and install is the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and the .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x 86... When windows update tries to install service pack 1, it fails with the error code 800736B 3. I am running Windows 7 professional 64-bit.
I searched around these forums and others to find a solution and I'm afraid I'll have to re - install windows.
So far I have tried:
1. installation of the fix/update - Windows6 analysis tool. 1-KB947821-v10 - x 64
2. I ran sfc/scannow in the administrator command prompt
3 run the windows update utility for troubleshooting to solve all the problems
4 remove all content from the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution; When I delete these files it redownloads the update, but on installation, you get about 65% of the way through and fails.
5 disabled and re-enabled BITS
6 downloaded the stand-alone manual update, installation failed the part of the way by

You will need to contact the support of Telkom. Account parameters often change location and you may need a different port 25 smtp.

Please go ahead and follow the steps mentioned and later a update on the State of the question.

I bought a new computer. When I try to send an e-mail to multiple recipients, now, I get this message: "there are non-ASCII characters in the local part of the address of the recipient. It is not yet supported. If please change this address and try again. "I don't know what are the non-ASCII characters, so I don't know what to do. I never had this problem on my old computer. Please explain in simple language.
The 'local' part in the context of email addresses, the part to the left of the symbol @. The warning is a bit of a surprise, because in general the owner of a mail server is relatively free to specify the address format. There is a movement to allow the games to other characters to be used in the fields, so I'm a little disappointed to see that, apparently, e-mail does not support the latter in the local part yet or it can be your SMTP server that generates this message.
ASCII characters ("American Standard Code for Information Interchange") are, on the whole, the English alphabet, uppercase and lowercase, as well as figures, common punctuation and case of things like the asterisks, obliques and media bars, but not of accented characters. But even apparently simple things like spaces and dashes have cousins who, at first glance, appear to be identical, but are not represented in the ASCII system. I am thinking especially nonbreaking spaces, dash and half-quadratin.
But I don't know why your new computer must have caused these warnings.

Ok thank you. I received three messages from you, two of the demon and the other Hotmail.
Hotmail has helpfully includes the originating IP address, so I was able to check further. There is no WHOIS data for it (a bad sign to start), but it is not in the CBL. Read this page to see why it is listed and take the appropriate action. Once you are convinced that your computer - and another using the same network - are clean, you can use the link at the bottom of the CBL page to remove from the list the IP address.
I still don't know where FCMA comes into it, and diagnostic tests in the NDR is incorrect. It is not the content of the message that is at fault, but I suspect that the block list.
