  Given that you have activated parental control programs, please try to run the program without using the administrator level. This should run the program using the current account balance and would prevent asking administrator password. Please follow these steps:

  1. right click on the shortcut or menu item.

  2. Select Properties.

  3. go to the compatibility tab.

  4. click on the change settings for all users.

  5. uncheck the run this program as an administrator.

  6 do it again to the program itself.

  I tried several times to install Acrobat Pro XI on CC.  I keep getting this error message when it is at 43% installation:

  I don't have outlook open.  I restarted my computer, checked for erros and bugs, and even tried to install in safe mode.  In safe mode, CC explained that I didn't have any internet connection.  Any suggestions on why it keeps asking for me to close outlook?  I have a lot of space on my hard drive.

  Try once more to install Acrobat, once this message appears. Try launching Task Manager go to the process tab, and then search for Outlook and there is a button on the lower left corner on the tab process called Show this process also click that while searching the outlook process.

  I found a solution to my problem with the described behavior. The problem is the selected language. At least the thread opener french that could be the problem because you are only allowed to use the software in this language you chose when you subscribe to the cloud. I know but in any case, it's ridiculous.

  In my case, I unintentionally installed Photoshop CC in German, even if I wanted to install it in English. Maybe, because I'm based in German and Adobe Intelligent guess my default install language must be German, it has been installed in German.

  What have I done to solve the problem:

  • Uninstall Photoshop CC. (you could do this by going to the folder/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud / Utils / creating cloud Uninstaller.app (MacOS) don't know where to do this in Windows, but you can find it.)
  • Start your creative cloud.
  • Set preferences for your language app to the language that you have your subscription running. (You can do this by pressing the gear wheel, choose Preferences and the applications tab gives you the opportunity to do so.)
  • Reinstall Photoshop CC.
  • Launch Photoshop CC.

  Has worked like a charm for me, hope this helps you.

  And Adobe in case you read this. It's funny that people encounter a problem like this only because they choose the wrong language. Shame on you.

  McAfee is a huge problem with Windows Mail.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 if you want to use, wait until you get the job of Winmail.

  Check if you can connect webmail and that works very well and it's not a problem on the end of the server messaging or because of misspelled powers.  Then delete your account in WinMail, compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and make sure that you have disabled the e-mail analysis then add your account to mail back again and see if it works.
