  2. Do one of the following: on Windows XP, click Start > Control Panel > add or remove programs on Windows Vista, click Start > Control Panel > uninstall a program.
  3. Select Adobe AIR, then click on remove.
  4. Select Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration browser (or Photoshopdotcominspirationbrowser), then click on remove.
  5. Launch Photoshop Elements or Elements 7 first and click on tutorials.
  6. When you are prompted to install the stock browser, click Yes and follow the instructions.
  7. When you are finished, return to the start Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements screen and click tutorials to launch the inspiration browser.

  I had the same problem. At the same time hold the screen lock button and the home button until your iPhone restarts. That solved the problem for me.
