• Why doesn't my password work?

  I signed up for an account in the last 30 minutes. I chose a password and confirmed. Then I went to the Android store to download Firefox for Android on my phone - and it has worked successfully. But when I tried to login, my password was rejected. I checked to make sure it was the same thing, and it is. Why doesn't my password work? Oh, and it is 9 characters long with two digits.

  In addition, I tried to change my password of Firefox on my desktop PC to be rejected for the same problem. So I can't even change my password (it takes the old password).

• Password protect a single page on a site

  Hello

  Please you culd anyone advise me on how best and simplistic to password protect a single page on a site? I did some research and it seems a fair bit of conflicting information. I just need someone who clicks on a link to be prompted for a password and if possible be able to change the password on a monthly basis (I would prefer that my client could do that as well).

  With respect to the Osgood/script page, visitor must know the URL of the ultimate target page to access.

  I downloaded this page, and if you view the source code of the page sent from the server.

  You can't see the ultimate target URL in the code.

  1. Click on the Firefox button, go to Options | Options | Security.
  2. Click the 'Exceptions' button and remove Facebook from the list.

  The next time you go to Facebook and type your password, you should get the option to add to the list of passwords.

• Why firefox repeatedly asked if I want to save a password when I already clicked ever "for this site?

  I like the fact that Firefox will save my passwords, but I don't want that to record the essential password like banking etc. When I enter my banking website, Firefox asks "I want to save this password". I click "never for this site". But the next time I'm on my Bank's Web site, he asks me the same question again and again.

  Is there a way I can stop Firefox do this? Either way, my bank site never appears in the 'Exceptions' box (to the saved passwords).

  You can control and manage permissions for the domain in the tab currently selected through these steps:

• Why do I keep told to upgrade on my start page, even if I update and I am now on version 9.0.1

  I turn on my laptop and my Mozilla start page comes up. He tells me that I am not on the latest version of Firefox, so I download and run the latest version. I've done everything that I do and stop. When I restart also always it tells me the same thing - even on the same day. I check my downloads and tells me I have the latest version. I don't understand, and we find it a little frustrating.

  From version Firefox 4, Firefox uses a 'local' with the address Start Page of Subject: House. It looks like the old start Page, but this isn't exactly the same thing.

  I can't publish my site of Muse, I built it and ready to go and publish through Adobe Business Catalyst and have set up my external DNS A-Records. That all seems to be fine and this (I think), but when I go to my field I'm displayed with error message saying:

  How to define a web page as a start page? This is an alteration that I need to make Muse or to Business Catalyst.
  The. businesscatalyst.com hosted version of the site opens very well and shows my home page and in the rest of the site very well, I don't understand why this is not replicated for the custom domain name link?

• How can I get the start page to access my HR projects?

  I have a start page which is just an html page, not created in Robohelp. It is basically a table of contents that links to about 10 HR projects.

  I create my HR projects and put them in the same folder, but each project has its own subfolder. The structure looks like this:

  c:/RHGen82/newfolder2/Project2.htm

  I got my start page in this folder (not created HR):

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/mainpage.htm

  When I create links on my main page to project, everything works fine on my computer.

  I take all the RHGen82 file and put it on another computer C drive. It does not work. The link goes to... /RHGen82/NewProject/Project1.htm and I think that it work, but it does not work.

  I have read your Webhelp calling using URL and I think that perhaps my answer, but I do not understand what I read. Can you shed some light?

  With your existing directpry structure links must be:

  c:/RHGen82/NewFolder/Project1.htm

  c:/RHGen82/newfolder2/Project2.htm

  This is because projects are located outside the structure of directories of your start page. If you were to use the following directory structure:

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/mainpage.htm

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/Project1/Project1.htm

  c:/RHGen82/mainpage/Project2/Project2.htm

  you would be able to use the link syntax:

  Project1/project1.htm

  Project2/project2.htm

  Have you shut down / turning your Mac off... power off the USB drive... Connect the drive to the Mac... start up the Mac... then, turn on the USB drive?

  Take a look in the system and Application logs in the errors and warnings event viewer and post here the copies. Do not post on more than 48 hours ago.

  You can access event viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel, administrative tools, and Event Viewer. When searching for the meaning of the error, information about the event ID, Source and Description are important.

  A tip for posting copies of error reports! Run Event Viewer and double-click the error you want to copy. You will see a button resembling two pages. Click on the button and close Event Viewer. This places a copy of the report to your Clipboard. Paste it into the body of your message. Make sure that it is the first dough right out of the event viewer.

  You can repair the associations used to readers.  One of my fellow MVPS, Shawn (no relationship lol) has default binding settings in his site here:

  Just scroll down to find the link of 'reader', click it, and launches the link.  You can do the same thing with "folder" and "directory" to be thorough.

  Make sure that you are not Firefox running in permanent private browsing mode (don't remember history).

• Why so many (6) "Password set out" Dialogues?

  I use Thunderbird on Win 8.1 with master password password manager. I'm also under Lightning and provider for Google Calendar. I get 3 calendars of mine over a few general calendars. When I run Thunderbird I sign on 6 times. It sounds ridiculous. Why have a master password if other add-0ns cannot use it?

  It should be a simple matter to define an indicator if the user has entered a master password. If the flag is set, the Add-ons know they can use their passwords stored without worrying about the user.

  Re: version, I'm under 31.4. The week last, to try to see if the residue of prerequisites installs a TB prevention work properly, I have done a complete uninstall, restart, deleting all files of TB and profiles, another reboot then reinstall. I came back just as I mentioned in my original post. It has not been set
