  Hi and thanks for reading. This isn't a big problem but I couldn't find any information on this anywhere. I noticed in 5.5 when I click on a clip and try to get it to show up in the Finder, nothing happens... I think that it worked when I installed it all first, but I can't be sure at this stage. However reveal it in Bridge works and find the file. I thought that things will get better when I did a clean install of Cougar and then installed CS6 but the problem is still there. I think it's more convienent to see in Finder and then fill especially waiting bridge open. Does anyone have any ideas why reveal in Finder does not work for me? If this serious, I did a reorganization of Adobe applications... I have the rest of the Production... I moved them all from the Applications folder to a sub folder in the Apps folder Adobe. I don't know why Adobe them away stuff like that. Thanks for any help on this.

  There is a major bug in OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 that prevents "Reveal in Finder" (open in the Finder) to work in a variety of applications. Workaround: when he gets to run the following in a Terminal:

  sudo killall -KILL appleeventsd
  

  or, Alternatively, quit appleeventsd , in the activity monitor.

(there may be a few days, but I hadn't been reading emails too for a few days due to time constraints). This morning I tried to find some fix for this by searhcing constantly through the web and through the forums of Firefox here. I checked my version of Firefox and also check for updates after about 2 hours of research from the forums without success and I was about to just get rid of Firefox 12 because some people were just that frustration with finding no solution, when suddenly, I got a message from Firefox 'urge' Update update me Firefox 13. It was AFTER I had just checked an hour earlier to see if there's an update! I did this update to version 13.0, BUT again, I do not receive emails containing images with these images posted (messages sent from my other e-mail account for myself and also e-mails to a friend - the two images containing). However, I can send and receive your same emails through IE9 in my gmail account and see all of the images of the FINE through IE9. What gives? I am so tired of what's going on. It happened before about a year or two ago, but I do not remember how it was corrected for ever. According to me, it has been resolved by a Firefox patch, and no action on our part. And these 4 + hours of work on that is just crazy. WHO has that kind of time to devote to fix these defects that occur every time updates of Firefox? I can not even find any mention of the same show. Now I'm seriously behind. You talk about time constraints! Anyone else having this problem? Someone at - he found a cure yet?

  • Check the permissions for the domain in the active tab in "tools > Page Info > Permissions.
  • Check that the images are enabled: Tools > Options > content: [X] loading images automatically
  • Check exceptions in "tools > Options > content: Load Images > Exceptions.
  • See the tab "tools > Page Info > media ' for blocked images (scroll all the images with the cursor key).

  If an image in the list is grayed out and there is a check mark in the box "block Images of..." and remove this mark to unlock the images from this area.

  Make sure that you do not block the images of third parties, the pref permissions.default.images must be 1.

  A CapsLock indicator should be part of installation Win7 OS normal and here's why.  I use a brand new Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 2000 s/n 0356100416937.  I can send you a photo or the retail sales receipt if you doubt this statement.  It is there no CapsLock indicator on the keyboard itself, probably to extend the life of the battery.  I also use an IOGEAR KVM switch to facilitate the transition between multiple computers.  Emule KVM switch a keyboard of 102 standard keys, so even if I load the last Ko-driver (MS Intellitype 8.2) the pilot reports Microsoft keyboard not detected.  Therefore, there is no way to determine when the CapsLock key is active.  If you have ever tried to enter a long password upper-lower case with the CapsLock key in the wrong state, so you can imagine my frustration with this keyboard.

  Desktop: Windows XP 32-bit Home Edition. Laptop: Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit.

  I have a DVD I paid for and used a software to copy video clips (unprotected) to mpeg2 files. There are 4 of them. It was a DVD recorded in 2004 at a dance event. It is not a commercial version.

  XP: The 1st clip allows me to open it in Windows Media Player 11 and I can drag autour in various places to look at different times of the clip. The clip of 2nd, 3rd and 4th are locked and won't let me pick different times to watch. They will play through.

  In Vista: I can't the cursor around anywhere, then select any time to look into all parts of clips with THE 4 clips.

  I took the clips, put them on a USB stick, moved in both sense between each system. I tried two more than once.

  I used the software to rip the clips on XP and Vista. It's the same result. The fault seems to lie with XP.

  Perhaps some of this DVD had some kind of protection against copying for XP but not Vista (and other OS of potentially). Or it's the encoder?

  My account has been locked or something, I couldn't answer.

  It is therefore probably encriptación with Windows Media player. I can read files with RealPlayer on Windows XP and Vista in Windows Media Player.

  Tried to use my software for video editing, re - export files in mpeg2. But each of them had sound problems. So, this is how the DVD is probably protected.

  In Windows 7, the AllUsers folder is not a real file.

  It is a symbolic link that redirects to the C:\ProgramData folder.

  ProgramData is not hidden, by default.

  The correct syntax for the Attrib command would be,

  C:\>attrib h ProgramData

  You can view all files by going to the tab options\View Organize\Folder and research.

  In the section files and hidden files , place a check mark in the Show drives, folders and hidden files.

  Click Apply/OK.
