Why don't the toolbars match my customization when I click on "Done" customization?

I have a right-click on the toolbars and get 'Customize' which opens the standard Customize window where I drag and drop to the real toolbar. Despite organize items in a way I want to view, and then click "Done" SOME elements disappear or get 'magical' merged with other elements. In the example: button charge when placed immediately to the right of the location of the bar gets "merged" in the address bar where it becomes too close to other user interface elements, and I click on the wrong item.

Now for the button reload that Environnement in the spacer vertical so that it is not get merged, but the button stop ALWAYS disappears when placed next to the reload button on the right side of the address bar. When I move next buttons HOME, PREVIOUS, and next on the left of the location of the bar it does not get merged.

If that's the intention it would be better in my mind to give me a box layout 'lock' so that the stay of fixed knobs in my layout instead of what some think UI designer is better for me...

The merger is made via a CSS code if the buttons are side by side in the reload - Stop order.

  • Set the "Reload - Stop" order for a combined "Stop/Reload" button.
  • Set the order of 'Stop - Reload' or separate them otherwise (space or separator) for two separate buttons.
