  I wonder if this may be the associated browser. I noticed that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer. But I can't tell what version. Even though it seems pretty new. (Personally, I'm a Firefox user)

  You have installed Firefox? If so, have you tried the output in Firefox? Note that I'm not encourage you to spend, only I was wondering if you could try out of Firefox to see if you get different behavior.

  Also, I am aware that things * SHOULD * work by using the mouse, but another thing, you could try would be to focus the drop with the mouse, and then press the arrow key down and see if you can select the second category in this way.

  In regards to things not found in the search, this is the expected behavior. When you use content categories, you create as much of different outputs of WebHelp as you defined categories. When you are in the category of the East where you excluded the content of the West, it is quite reasonable that you can't find everything related to the West, when you perform a search. Once you manage to get the menu drop-down allows you to change the category of the West, the search will probably fail to East of information (assuming that you have a build expression and a label exclusion information from the East).

• Why don't will not open Photoshop CS2 after installation.

  I got Creative Suite Premium installed on my laptop for years and not had any problems.  I installed it on my home office and activation has been accepted.  Other programs of the Suite work but Photoshop will only as far as the blue window and the hourglass just sits there.  I work with XP Pro and when I open the Photoshop Task Manager is presented as does not.  I tried to repair it with the installation disk and I tried to uninstall/reinstall twice but nothing seems to help.

  As I put the Suite on my laptop, the installation discs were on my book shelf.  What could possibly prevent opening Photoshop?

  Have you tried to reset your preferences, as described in the FAQ.

  You must physically delete (or rename) the preference files or, if you use the Alt, Ctrl, and shift, don't forget you get a confirmation dialog box.

  This resets all settings in Photoshop default.   A complete uninstall/reinstall will not affect preferences and a corrupted file may be the cause of the problem.

• Why large images will not open in full screen on first click?

  I'll open an image (jpg, png) that has a size in bytes of 2000 x 3096. What ends up happening, is that it is initially open a window full screen, and after a second or two, this window full screen will be reduced to a window screen. Now, I have to click on the maximum window size button in the upper right to expand the window to full size, click with the right button on the image, select Image seen on the menu drop down and then finally click on the image so that it can display in its original size.

• suddenly, Firefox 19 falls down and will not open in safe mode. Boots normally after UNchecking "use hardware acceleration when available", what caused this?

  to do [in win7 anyway] just open windows update, click "View update history" click on "installed updates" scroll down to the section called "microsoft windows" and seek the KB2670838 update, right click and select uninstall.
  system reboot and everything will be fine w / the new universe.

• Why my files will not open in Photoshop?

  I have Photoshop CS6 and I use an iMAC. Everything went well until today. I opened it and the toolbar at the top of the page appears, disappears from the side toolbar but when I try to open a file without window opens.

  When I click on my desktop the Finder toolbar at the top of my screen turns off and when I try to click on the Photoshop icon, nothing happens and I can't go back into Photoshop unless I quit the app.

  I can't say, but I'll give you advice.

  First be sure that Photoshop is updated to 13.0.6 or 13.1.2 (CC) by going to help > updates.

  Run disk utility to check your drive and also don't forget to fix the permissions.

  Finally, reset the keyboard preferences:

  Hold down the Cmd - Shift - opt immediately after cold start Photoshop.  If you get the keys to the low enough - quickly and you have to be VERY fast - it prompts you to confirm the removal of your established preferences, which will lead to them all being the default value.

  Bingo! I just ran the script and it is that the file is not an identity document. I downloaded the downloaded files from an ftp site where the Group production. I was using CS4 at the time so I asked for a version of a file that is opened in the earlier version. They did and I open that, also, the script identifies only one correctly.

  My next step is to get new files.

  I use an ASUS laptop with windows 8.  Problem, all started yesterday.  On any Web site I can get that uses drop-down boxes to enter information selections didn't remain open.  The selections of flash upward, but disappear quickly.  I tried to restart, but no luck.

  I downloaded windows 8.1 and it corrects the problem.  I suspect it's an 8.0 update that caused the problem.
