  There are two common meanings for the term "poster frame":

  1. A stand-alone image on disk (JPG, etc.) that is displayed by a player before the video is loaded - commonly used by applications of video sites (YouTube, etc), InDesign and PDF, etc files then the video resource must not be opened so that viewers see what they are about to watch - even if the image is normally enjoy the video should not be.

  To be more precise, just in case other people with the same issue, first create the sequence of your clip. That will prevent the right size and shape and frames per second to correspond with your video.

  You can do this by dragging the element towards the "New item" button or simply right-click on the item in the project Panel and select "new sequence of the Clip.

  Then, you can use the motion effect on the clip to rotate 90 degrees (or - 90 degrees).

  Unfortunately, you can not, as far as I know, turn the clips in the project Panel. Only in the sequence. A possible solution so it is based on the clips and your flow of work, is to put all the clips on the timeline, turn them while turning one and copy the attributes of others at the same time. You can then take this sequence in the Source monitor Panel and use it as a clip. This is one of the great things about nested clips. From here you can cut into smaller clips if you wish.   Yes.  The frame rate (and resolution) of a project is determined by the first clip set a new timeline for the project.  So put a clip known 30 fps (with the resolution you want) in a new project timeline then copy everything from your existing project in the new project.  You can then remove the first clip if you wish.

  I could be wrong, but in my research for this issue, I learned that there is no solution from Adobe to convert an F4V or a FLV. I talked to Adobe support directly and they told me to buy a 3rd party conversion program. I find absolutely stupid that the only way to embed a video in Animate using a FLV or F4V, and there is no codec to convert video in this format.

  Uncompressed refers to the expression for the video that is never really compressed.

  I am having some problems with the Windows Media Player 11 on Vista. On my XP machine, when I discovered a video frame by frame, it works perfectly back and forth. However when I try to play the same video on my Vista machine, the button to the front of the image works perfectly fine but the previous image button takes video from 5 to 10 frames. Since I use my machine Vista more and need this feature often enough, it gets boring very quickly. It is a drive problem (since the same player works great under XP with the same video) and can be solved with a patch or some sort?

  Thank you for posting.  I understand the problem you are having, but I do not understand why in the need for these features.  Depending on what you're trying to do, may be able to use Movie Maker instead of it you also has characteristics of the image by image.  If you could include that you are using this feature, because I can give you a good alternative or possible difficulty of deliverance.

  I really hope I don't have to repeat everything I just edited. So I hope you guys have an answer for me.

  The problem is that Ive made a video that contains images and the resolution of 1920 x 1080 live video. The video begins with a 720 p picture and then continues in 1080 p video. What I don't understand is when I have exported it in the same format as I always do. The video shows what is in the margin of safety. What happens because I managed to move a picture from the video "off the screen" somehow?

  And if you manage to do it, is there a reset button, so we're back in the 'frambox' or whatever you call it.

  Out in the video Ive used the pan / zoom feature, has something todo with the video showing just what's inside the margin of safety?

  When I started the project I didn't select new. I just opened the program and began to add photos and videos.

  IM exporting the same type every time, which is Adobe flash video and 1080 p F4V - HD. That has always worked well for me and I have not had this problem before.

• iMovie export my video in a file?

  I exported a video on iMovie last night and it worked fine.

  I have just cropped down a minute 17 video, 7 minutes now. I click on click action, file, resolution 1080 p and high quality.
  I then click Next and save on documents. I have no record checked theatre. Usually it takes a few minutes to record a video to my files, but now, it doesn't seem to work at all.

  At the top right of the screen where it shows the circle and the progress that saves your video, the circle is left empty.

  When I click it, it says...

  Name of my video - Theater (best quality)

  The time beside the circle indicates the time for export can be anywhere more than two hours, but will be replacing meaning it can go up to an hour, then back up to 2 hours.

  I think that iMovie is trying to save my video to the theater when I have not check marked and am simply eager to save a file?

  First thing to try when iMovie is not behaving properly is to remove preferences. Open iMovie, hold down the command and option keys and select this option to delete the preferences. Is this cut of the film that is the same as that previously shared ok?

  @OP - a problem I already see with what you have said is "tune up." A proper functioning of that Windows does not have a tune up and these applications only destroy the excellent work that Microsoft has done by making their operating systems. You'll be better off uninstalling applications like that.

  Next best step: uninstall any antivirus in safe mode with 3rd party manufacturer tool. Reboot and install MSE to replace.
