  Your projects RoboHelp MUST live on a local drive. You can archive them on a network, but NEVER actually open and change while they are on the network.

These are valid reasons, but it does not work because the. DPC (a cache of the Access database file) usually becomes corrupt - not to mention latency LAN-related performance problems.

• Why is my "files and folders" service unavailable when I use the glance

  I did a service simple automator to open a file in Photoshop. I gave her the ctrl-opt-S shortcut in the keyboard for easy access preferences. I can now open images in Photoshop with a simple keystroke. It works, most of the time, and I noticed earlier why sometimes it is not. When that I view an image in the finder with peek, the service is not available, even in the menu. I just press the space bar to get out of the eye then I can reuse the service.
