  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • Click on the menu button , click Help , and then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

• Why java does not work in internet 10 windows explorer 8?

  Java does not work on my computer. It's the new computer with windows 8 and internet explore 10. I downloaded Java and using Explorer to desktop.

  But whenever I go online and website requires Java I get same error message "ClassNotFoundExeption". Same error I get if I go to the Java Web site and press the button Test Java. I tried different things that have been proposed on Java.com and Microsoft.com but nothing has worked. I have newest Java and had no problem in downloading. I appreciate any suggestions.

  The initial problem was never solved?  I still can't get Java to work and I tried everything above except set up a new user account that has no meaning.  Using Windows 8 to 64-bit, Java 32 bits and I have installed and uninstalled several times on the desktop.  The site I can access works fine on my Windows 7 laptop and I have the same settings in Java on two laptops.

  I use a tabbed ACC pane. the code above there should be an action item saying "Update status" and it should appear in the toolbar action... but this isn't the case!

  Now working, actually the mistake I made was that runnig this socialinvocation on Simulator app where we have not native apps like FB, twitter, etc. by default... so it therefore does not display the POST option in the action bar when you go to the Facebook tab (for example)...

  All of a sudden a few days before, the links in my gmail wouldn't work - a new tab comes with gibberish-gook, but I am not taken to any site. When I read my mail using the Chrome browser I have no problem. But I prefer to use Firefox. When I click in links in, for example, there is no problem... news just in my gmail.

  I tried a search, but it seems similar problems my specific problem.

  I'm having a similar problem to display 'notifications by email from Apple support communities'.

  When someone replies to my ad in the communities of Support from Apple, I receive an email notification in gmail. But when I followed the links either my iOS device or from my Mac, I go in these dialog boxes and screens (also see attached image):

  1. I use Chrome to connect to gmail and I see email from Apple Support communities
  2. I click on the link 'Useful' (I also tried the link to go directly to the display)
  3. New dialog box appears: your Apple ID is used to connect to a new device
  4. New dialog box: verify your identity with the check for two-factor authentication code
  5. After you have entered the code, I get a new tab in Chrome that says: "sorry, we could not process your request.

  The only way I can get directly on the link is to copy the link address, open Safari and paste into.

  Anyone know if and how fix it?
